Membership is good but it was better before When you could get free delivery and free installation

This is a great program, especially when you can get refunds after the fact if another vendor runs a lower price on the item you purchased. To me, it’s a no-brainer.

Membership gave me 60 days to return appliance if not satisfied. Worth every cent to have this option.

I Have No Idea! Someone in sales told me I was getting a membership when I was making a big purchase. Since then, I notice I have been thanked for being a member every time I talk to someone there on the phone. But, as to what dollar value, or convenience, accompanied the membership, I Have No Idea. And as for 'would I recommend'? You guessed it; I Have No Idea.

At first I was hesitant but when the great tv specialist told me all that membership offers I couldn’t turn it down. After I bought my 77 inch and went back a week later to ask about how I could buy a warranty. That’s when it all happened was told what it could do for me so I purchased a warranty membership and right then I saved $250 off my tv because of the price drop from when I purchased my tv what a great deal.

It is worth it for the return policy and also for the two day shipping.

Purchased this to save on a dishwasher - Not only did I save money, the KitchenAid dishwasher leaked from day one, no fault to BB - After three warranty visits, BB exchanged the dishwasher because it was within the 60 day extended window for a return / exchange - Other stores have a smaller return window for appliances, so purchasing the Plus membership has paid for itself twice or I would have been stuck with continued warranty service which was becoming frustrating.

I just benefited from a price drop on my TV purchase, assuming the credit comes through. I'm hoping for other great deals in the upcoming months.

If you are a constant Best Buy shopaholic like me, this membership is a no-brainer. Probably not worth it if you only shop a few times a year. I have saved quite a bit of money since and the free two-day shipping is a nice benefit along with the 'exclusive' discounts.

I am so glad I got Best Buy Plus membership. It has saved me so much money in the long run! The ability to have a longer return window for purchases, and to get a price match within 2 months of a purchase is fantastic.

We are glad we purchased this. It allowed us to have 2 months to return a TV instead of 2 weeks. After a couple weeks our TV started having issues and without this membership we would have been out of luck. We also go a $50 reward for it so it essentially paid for itself.

I don't feel it is worth the money I paid. I rarely purchase big-ticket items and, at my age, I'm not into gaming, etc. We got "hoodwinked" into the purchase of the membership when we were told the high cost of a small refrigerator we wanted to bring into the store as we purchased another. We were told we could only have the old one recycled with either a cost or a purchase of the yearly membership. Maybe there will be something that breaks down where a larger purchase must be made, but to be receiving redundant notifications/emails about "deals" that mean nothing to us, it is just an added frustration!

This membership easy pays for itself without even really trying. The deals I have received for being a member have paid for this membership 2-4 times. Typically I do not like memberships like this but when the math maths I go with it!

This membership is a great value and gives me piece of mind knowing I have the best care with the Geek squad protection.

I was helped in finding a new gaming monitor and the associate that aided me went above and beyond to do so. I cannot recall her name but she has been there for years and has multicolored hair ! Got the membership as a perk with the purchase of the monitor due to a promotional deal.

Membership helps tremendously on other purchases, great value

On paper the membership is a decent deal. I paid $50 for it and got a $50 certificate to spend at Best buy. I purchased the membership in order to get two month price match on a TV purchase and that is the only reason. I was banking on the price of my purchase to decrease which didn't happen but I'm not mad I got the membership. I will not be getting it again though because I simply do not shop at Best buy often enough.

This membership was a great incentive to our tv purchase. I look forward to seeing the new deals sent to my email.
