She listened and when she wasnt able she got help and information for me from someone else. I was truly amazed. She waited with me for so long to do a phone switch and some other queries and she wasnt annoyed not even once. I dont really think you are noticed for the best buy plus membership, no special treatment or discounts associated with it for me. What stood out for me was the service from the employee....Madison.

Membership gives 60-day return on purchases. This was invaluable when our new refrigerator started growing icicles from the ice maker. No need to wait for warranty repair, instead we got a brand new replacement.
