I wasn’t sure what to expect when I signed up for Best Buy Plus, but it’s quickly become one of the most valuable memberships I have. The free 2-day shipping alone has saved me so much time and money. On top of that, the exclusive member-only deals and early access to sales have already paid for the membership multiple times over. I also love the extended return window — it gives me peace of mind, especially when buying gifts or trying out new tech. Add to that the occasional bonus reward points and special financing offers, and it’s honestly a no-brainer if you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year. Highly recommend for anyone who shops electronics, appliances, or just wants VIP-level perks without the VIP price tag. Great value, great service, and great savings.

The one frustration I have is that it is very difficult to put a purchase on a correct account if an incorrect one was done initially by accident. I still don’t think it was switched correctly. Only one person in the store could do it. I tried to cancel the order as soon as I found out what had happened and was told to fix it when the product came in. It was not as easy as they made it sound and once again I don’t think I got credit for it. Other than that I am happy with what I have.

Awesome! You get discounted on the merchandise you buy and some other freebies involve. Shopping deals is much easier cause you save some money using you membership advantage.

I have been a best buy member for years. Everyone has their store that they have to be a member. This is ours. All of our electronics are bought through best buy. We knkw we are getting the best product and Best buy stands behind their products. The only store i have never had an issue with getting assistance to figure out an issue or replace a product. They also have trade in options which we use to upgrade computers. We always used Lake Geneva WI bestbuy, I have since moved to another state and we do NOT get the same customer service here. So I just buy online now. Lake Geneva set the bar high!

Same Amazon benefits for a third of the price! I’m always hesitant about these types of memberships, but this one pays for itself after the first purchase and was a no brainer. My only regret is I wish I would have gotten it sooner.

It helps me get a discount on thing I purchase, and I been a member of BestBuy fo a long time, having this is exclusive to be part of a tech m the biggest tech store and the offer is reasonable especially if you have a price match .

Buying the membership helps with special deals and took $50 right off the top along with other deals when purchasing equipment for our college students and our business.

The membership is an absolute must buy. During the blck Friday sale, my laptop price went down by 200 and since I had the membership I could trade it in and get the price back. Its an absolute beast.

Our experience at the West Lebanon store was excellent. The Geek Squad person as very helpful and got our laptop squared away. We are very appreciative of the assistance. We bought the membership plan due to the assistance we received and for any future problems.

Wow. I went to a couple other stores nearer to my house, looking for for a new refrigerator. Nobody wanted to help! What is that anyway my brain said go to Best Buy. I did. As soon as I walked in the door, the greeter was there of course and she said do you need any help? I said yes actually I do. She promptly found a nice person to help me and he did a wonderful job. His name is Tim and I think he deserves a raise not only was he patient, thorough, with a great attitude, but he was efficient as well. This is a good mix and resulted in sale and happy customer so far. Now delivery day hopefully that goes as well. I expect it too. I love Best Buy. There should be a song.,”Ooooh Best Buy we loooove you.”

The tablet is working great. My wife is really enjoying it. She uses it 3 to 4 hours a day. I have one just like Hers that I read every night from 9 to 11 PM.
