Love the protection plan on purchases and longer return time if needed.

PROS: it saved my behind by, extending the time i had to return a dishwasher that ended up being a terrible purchase, so we were able to get a different one we love. CONS: they claim that they will refund you for purchases that go on sale within a year of you paying full price….. of course, this has never ever happened. Not sure if it’s worth it.

I recently had my kitchen remolded, I purchased all my appliances, sink and drawer pulls from Best Buy. I checked with other stores and no one could give me a better price. Also they were able to hold all the items until I was ready for them to be delivered. During the construction I needed the different peices at different times. Best Buy was right there to help me every step of the way. They were extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommended Best Buy and there membership.

This enhances return policies, price matching, and early access to deals. Well worth it.

I believe I will save a lot with this My membership, I really hope that by the end of this year I will have saved a lot with this decision

Use it a lot to try out new peripherals and this allows me to get a month or two with the item in hand to see if I want it or if there are any defects that show up eventually. Best Buy always ensures I can return unwanted items hassle free. Discounts are nice sometimes too.

The sales person who helped us at the local Best Buy was extremely helpful. We were undecided among three laptops, all around the same price, but we explained our upcoming plans for using it, he helped guide us toward one in particular. Then when we found out that it was not in stock, and another com[ponent appeared to be not in stock, he found a shipment date certain, and double checked that the other part was in fact in stock but somewhat mislabeled. After all this assistance, we went ahead and signed up for this "membership" but have no idea what benefits it may offer.

This is a great value. Especially if you're planning to make major purchases or making upgrades throughout the year.

Between random gift certificates, huge savings on a laptop, and more - this membership more than paid for itself instantly. If you are going to make a serious purchase at Best Buy (or more than one), definitely worth it.

So far it looks like a good program and time will tell. The staff when you can find someone are still fairly helpful

Love that you're able to return items for 60 days after instead of 14 days. Also the savings and discounts you get with this is insane it's already paid for itself many times over!
