I love my new game it is fun and interesting. A twist on normal shop games. Although i am disappointed in the shipping. I paid to get it early instead of doing the free shipping. It came late. I received it on the day free shipping would have had it here. So i am angry that i had to pay for shipping if i didn't get it any earlier.

Excellent Experience at Best Buy! I had an amazing experience shopping at Best Buy! The membership is easy and convenient to have. Instead of 30 day you get 60 for returns. If you see an item you purchased within your time frame on sale you can call to get the sale price without having to go to the store. Your items are also insured.

I thought this membership made a lot of sense for things like electronics as there were incentive kickbacks as well as extended return windows on TVs from 15 to 90 days. Overall it was a good membership; however, the rotating offers didn't line up with what I was shopping at the time making it less valuable in my opinion.

The Best Buy in Waco did a good job. I hate the tv I bought. The color is terrible. I have tried to adjust it every way possible but it still looks bad. The picture in the store was beautiful but not at my house. Very dissatisfied with my choice.

Was in yesterday for my computer to get a new hard drive that was suggested last week when I had it diagnosed. I was told at the time it would be $80. The person at the counter cancelled my plus membership without asking and said I had to sign up for Best Buy total plan for $179 unless I wanted to pay $350 for the hard drive. Uh,no, seems like blackmail and not ethical! I was pretty angry about the plan being cancelled without my permission. At this point the woman who did the diagnosis last week came in and took over. A much better experience, she went out of her way to work with me on the transaction and was much more pleasant. Still not happy at being blindsided when I expected to pay $80 and having to pay well over $200 to get the hard drive

Gives you the opportunity to get a refund on a product you buy for up to 60 days if the product goes on sale. For $25 bucks could save you $300.

Anytime I have purchased something from Best Buy, I have been very impressed. Our last purchase was a 65 inch OLED television. Free delivery and only $50 to take our previous TV! The year before, I purchased an automatic starter for my car through the Geek Squad! The best thing for these cold winter mornings! The customer service is superior.

No issues with my membership. Honestly don't know many of the perks. Obviously there was a plus side to it or I wouldn't have paid for it.

I purchased this membership because I felt it would help me when making my purchases. It certainly has since getting the membership. I have purchased a refrigerator and iPad Air and I have other things that I'm thinking of getting. Getting points for these items has been great knowing I can use them in the future
