The free shipping and extended warranty may be the only advantage here, but $50 a year for those needs probably wont be enough to justify the service for most. I barely notice the exclusive price changes, and locking those behind a pay wall wouldn't motivate me to sign up. Tok many subscriptions these days and this is certainly one I wouldn't renew unless i knew i was making a significant purchase. Honestly, this may have just not been for me. I would compare your savings over a long run before commiting to subscribing cause the perks arent that beneficial in my opinion. At least GameStop's Pro Membership has a perk of 5 dollars a month that essentially will pay for itself. Just my thoughts.

This is a really good idea to get if you plan to make multiple purchases. I have saved more money than I expected with membership prices.

I purchased the membership to take advantage of a deal. I'm not sure of what other benefits I get. I'm hoping members get a lot more offering, especially for Black Friday. Can't say it's bad, but I don't get a lot of notifications of special events for members.

It’s fine for additional discounts, so long as you save more than you pay. Not sure why they stopped providing points on purchases though. The small discounts that would yield weee a nice perk.

Excellent , great customer service.The employees are polite, attentive, and help you order what you are looking for if they don't have it in the store. The prices are reasonable, although I would like that they had more offers. The quality is excellent. Thanks to my favorite storeBestbuy.

Didnt really see any benefits and couldn't use the credit because I had to make a purchase to get it. Additionally, we put a $150 deposit on a washer/dryer that was never credited back to us. I had to go through CA unclaimed funds to get it, paying $15 for a notarized signature. Such a joke.

60 day return window alone makes this completely worth it. Also, with the plus member discounts, it essentially pays for itself.

Good value at a good price, got an extra discount on a device in offer, extra $100, the membership was $50 for a year so in reality we got an extra $50 in discount and the membership for a year, some good discounts in gear every now and then as a plus member.

This membership provides access to Geek Squad. Value added!

Hands down Geek squad protection is totally worth it!!

I really only got the membership for the price protection on an electronic I bought, but have found it is a great benefit over time. Best Buy has some of the fastest shipping of vendor and we have been pleased with everything from electronics to appliances and more.

My Best Buy Plus is a great program. I was able to receive a price match on my purchase two weeks after the items were delivered, and I've taken advantage of a few of the member's only special pricing offers. This program is well worth the investment.

Quality ease of use the guys that helped me decide which to buy made the process friendlier they deserve a rise. ; p

I purchased this membership along with a headphones brand new. I had to return the headphones was not the right product when I returned it they never returned my membership that I purchased with it. I went to Best Buy another day and asked somebody else at work there. It looked like a supervisor and he gave me a man’s card business card for Best Buy employee to call. I think he was not very helpful. He seemed very stressed and did not explain why I needed a call this guy and he could not issue me a refund at that moment very disappointed in Best Buy service.

I love my membership! There are too many bonuses to this to mention, but here are a few. We get items at a better price, we get great bonuses by reviewing our products, we can return at store, we can get 90% of our deliveries free, and get to pre order products months in advance to get ours on hold with our BB CC. These are a few of my favs that make me never want to leave BB. This is a benefit that not only saves money but better service.
