I didn’t end up using it hardly, but initially it did save me a little money and the sales associate explained the benefits clearly

I was in a big hurry to purchase a new laptop as the one I had was not working properly. I explained that to the salesman in Levittown and I also told him I wasn't looking to break the bank. He walked me over to 15" laptop that was on sale and I grabbed it. The salesman was so helpful that he took part in setting it up for me and I was out the door in less than a half hour. The laptop is performing wonderfully.

The unlimmited Geek Squad support is great. However, my last experience was not up to the standard I have come to expect. I was basically told I needed a new computer. Well, I believe I will before too long but I was eventually able to get everything working better again.

My Best Buy plus membership has been one of the best thing I bought on Best Buy cause of the advantages I get from it

The membership is fine, but the mechanics of earning and redeeming rewards is not straightforward at all. The all is very, very confusing, and the credit card link makes it even more confusing.

Waiting to see my rewards. Hopefully get something before Christmas.

Looking forward to using our membership which seems to have such great perks.

Got this to help with getting the Switch 2. I think it helped, as the online checkout experience worked for me on the first try once things went live. So recommend the service for sure.
