Seriously, Best Buy Plus has been a game changer. I was hesitant to get it at first, but I'm so glad I did. I've had it for over a year now, and I've already saved a little over $100 on a few different purchases with the member pricing. It's awesome to get access to those special promotional deals and discounts they offer! But the real winner for me is the extended return policy. Knowing I have 60 days to return something instead of the normal 14 days gives me so much peace of mind. It’s fantastic!

To be honest, my Best Buy Plus membership paid for itself. I bought a laptop for about $1,600, and because of the membership I was able to price-match it for $500 less. One of the biggest perks is the 60-day price-match window instead of the standard 15 days. Just with that one price match, the membership more than covered its cost.

Things are not made like they used to be so I really like my protection plan. If the items I buy do not hold up, Best Buy will fix it for me. They automatically add my warranties when I make a purchase so that I don't have to locate them and they answer any questions I have. I even earn discounts on future purchases when I buy the items I want.

Definitely worth it.. keep your purchases safe! Would highly recommend if purchasing something pricey

Best Buy membership offers you more savings and discounts and is really convenient if you buy from this store often. if the price drops after your final purchase, you can go back in the store and get your money back from the difference when you paid. absolutely satisfied!

Membership benefits are great if you frequently shop at the store. The added benefit of extended return period is a plus.

I think I've had this membership for about two years now. The best thing about it is getting access to really good deals. Like, we needed a new fridge, and I was able to find a really good deal on a samsung fridge. I am a frequent buyer at best buy, so if you are one too, this might be worth it. I think that the price fo the membership makes up for itself with the savings on items you purchase. If you are not a frequent buyer, this may not be for you.

Hello, I have been a member for many years. Most of the PCs I have gotten throughout all those years I have got them from Best Buy. On this note I have been in the market for a new PC in the last 2 years. I have been at different stores many times and have looked at many laptops but none have caught my attention. The quality of the laptops feel so plastic and poor quality. I would like to see more quality items. I know PC companies have them. I use them at work. I know they are more expensive too. I would also like to see more of the 18 and 24 months promotions. I was closed to get me one of those "feel poor quality" laptops last December just because of the 18 months promotion but decided not to. I know the company is going through a lot of changes due to the economy. But I would like to see more quality items throughout the store. Not so much plastic. Thank you.

I have been pleased with everything i buy Wonderful People that wait on your service and politely and spend time with u on your purchase and I found out they get no perks or anything commissions on sales Just there pay they deserve something fir sales they do to make the company money on sales

I was having trouble getting an online order completed so I went to the store to complete my order. I received excellent help from the leadership team as they reached out to banking company to correct their internal issues. Total process took about 20 minutes to fix but the leadership team member knew what to do, who to call with the banking company and helped to complete my online order which I received at my home address in less than a week.

Got a rebate on my new MacBook Pro after purchase through a price check. Worth the purchase :)

I love my experience with Best Buy plus being able to get your stuff in a two day span or if anything happens with your PC you can go back and get it fixed for free. The fact that most of the stuff in the store is half off depending on what you buy and there’s literally a geek squad where you can go and take a PC and they could put in the parts for you. It’s amazing.
