Couldn’t get anyone at Best Buy to talk on the phone to answer if it was a HP or Best Buy warranty issue. Gave up after 3 days and sent it to HP and got it back about a month later. Not worth it.

With Best Buy plus you also get free two day shipping and an extra 60 days on returning any products that you have second thoughts on! If you are someone who enjoys technology, but isn’t great with it, I recommend the Best Buy Total plan. But for text savvy people, I recommend Plus!

However, the attractive member discounts convinced me to purchase an essential laptop for my studies and work. Best Buy charges $99x2 to transfer data from a computer another. Plus, you can get unlimited help from the Geek Squad as long as you’re on the plan.
