Not the we don't like it, but because we just do not purchase a lot of electronic equipment. It is a good place to get good information and I am very satisfied with our LG Television and JBL sound Bar.

They had what I wanted but at checkout the salesman never mentioned anything about a membership. He was very talkative and I just glanced at the sales slip and didn't notice the add on. My fault. I did cancel the membership since I won't have use for it.

I like best buy and shoo there for my electronics needs. So having the ease of exchange or returns, online purchase and deals is great.
