The salesperson was very helpful and provided all the information regarding the Best Buy yearly membership.

This membership provides great advanced notifications of upcoming sales and discounts for members benefits.

I felt pressured to purchase this "membership" in order to return a non-functioning printer purchased at Best Buy.....it was cheaper to purchase the membership than to purchase a new printer after already purchasing this one. By the way, my printer had a month of warranty left on it when I went to Best Buy to return.

I really like this service I just got a free tv 50” from buying a laptop for school. I get 60 days to return an item which is great cause if a new phone or computer or anything drops I can return it and get the newer version if that item love love the membership affordable it’s 50$ a year.

I wish i didn't own so much stuff cause i would have more use for the discounts. I use to buy all the newest tech but it advances so fast now so I don't purchase as much as I use to. I like the 0 interest on my card but I would still like to get gift rewards. Send me Best Buy shirt or hat or something. Send me some swag Best Buy.

It's great that you give a few more days on returns because most people will buy and then try it at home later because they got the merchandise on sale

I really like the membership. I only give 4 stars because even know I had a great experience that doesn’t mean there’s always a chance to improve no matter what.

In my situation living in a semi rural environment the membership didn’t help me any due to shipping restrictions or cost I still had to drive 35+ miles to store to pick up my items

The specials are pretty reasonable. Customer service was able to order a constantly out of stock item and they were very helpful.
