Had my doubts but already in the past 1-2 months I've earned rewards enough to cover the value of the yearly membership. It's also nice to have a 60-day return window on almost all items.

This membership is a real value when planning on many purchases, like purchasing all of the computer components to build a new computer. I selected the lower membership option to get the member lower costs and free shipping. I would have gone with the higher end membership if they explained it better. For example, everything is covered for 2-years, but no explanation of how that works and there's no retail store in our area.

I find the extended return policy useful as the normal 15 day limit is very short. The delivery and other benefits make this a useful purchase and the occsional special benefits ( Sunday ticket price reduction) pays for the cost. If you spend a lot at best buy this is a good purchase.

I have been happy with this membership. It has saved me money on items that went on sale after I made a purchase. I am also happy with the extra warrenty, and the exta time to check for lower prices.

Waiting to see the rewards before giving 5 stars. I bought a new system and if the $20 for every $150 spent works without much fuss, I'll update to 5 stars. I think $50 for a year is a good price, but would have preferred a monthly option as I dont shop at here as much as I used to. I hope the deals convince me more, but time will tell.

Definitely worth it! You get 60 days to return sonething instead of 25 days! Plus, i was getting some pretty sweet deals the more i purchased, the more points i accumulated which quickly turned into a $50 off deal for anything equal value or more. When i saw that, i looked into my plys account some more and found a bunch more dwals even better than the 50 off gift certificate. I buy items frequently from Best Buy, but not many of the items are worth getting best buy prorection (i.e. cables, adapters, etc), which is why i felt the plus membership best suited me. Dont get me wrong, after i earn my BA in college, ill be able to adford buying things as frequently as i do with trivial items, enough to justify the cost benefit analysis to get the better membership than the plus (blanking on the name) which gives you automatic best buy protection on the items you purchase thereafter. That ones a little pricey, but I recommend the plus membership for those who frequently buy from best buy, but occasionally make investments in otems that would typically need protection. Best Buy membership is worth it if you purchase frequently, having items go on discounts later after purchasing can be frustrating. But now you can swing by the store after a big discount and get a refund for the price difference. Black Friday deals are going to be so much easier.
