    I'd like to honestly say that the My Best Buy Plus membership is well worth it. It essentially pays for itself through significant member discounts amounting to more than the cost of membership itself. I always like to have the offers to members that aren't available to regular customers.

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dont know why I even bothered getting this service. The price of my item changed 3 times I was never reimbursed the difference. My issues were never concerned. One representative told me they will give me a gift card for scratches on my fridge I declined it and he told me to sell it or give it to someone else and proceeded to send it to my house voiding any further compensation I could get for my more major issue of the delivery service not delivering my fridge . I lost over $500 in food any medication due to this issue. Each representative gave me a different answer each more ridiculous then the next. The delivery guy came to my house and never rang the doorbell or knocked on the door to tell us he is there and left. We rescheduled for 5 days later because that was the soonest appointment and he came (i stayed in the front door waiting to make sure i see them) he told me its raining do u want to reschedule for another day while standing in my kitchen. I offered a tarp or blanket to put on the fridge he said no if theres any electric issue it is my fault. He proceeded to leave the fridge outside in the rain while taking my door down. The amount of anxiety I experienced in that time frame was insane. Never buying at best buy ever again.

    The 60 day return window is helpful however the other "perks seem to be just basic customer care that should not be behind a paywall. Perks like the help received by geak squad, price match during the return window etc. there are no real perks like free or reduced shipping or a member point / reward system. Also the membership feels like it lacks (even though it's over priced for nothing) as it is over shadowed by the total membership. Will likely not renew this membership

    My wife and I purchased a new TV and Xbox after a lightning strike, and the very helpful Blue Shirt Associate explained the program and how it was a good deal. We went ahead and signed up on the spot. After finding more electrical damage, we had to replace several more items. The savings the Plus membership gained us more than made up for the initial investment.

    At first, I declined the BB membership, but finally enrolled and it turned out to be very positive. Got special member-only pricing on several things throughout they year which paid for the membership itself 3 times over. Will be renewing next year as well. It really does pay for itself.

    The sales associate was nimble and knowledgeable. The laptop I wanted was not longer on a sales promotion; he found another better laptop on promotion. It was the last one! I was thrilled. Thank you so much

    Love the discounts and yearly memberships. I do hope that having the Beat Buy Credit Card could make the Plus membership free one day though. Adding these new membership options in a way took away nice privileges from having the Best Credit Card. More perks for Best Buy Credit Card should be added to compensate for the lost privileges after Best Buy added new membership options.

    If you like tech and often find yourself window shopping, while walking around inside the store, I would recommend considering the Plus membership. For only $50 it gives you flexibility and access to other decent savings. I signed up when I bought my tv, and it paid for itself immediately. Everything else will be a bonus.
