The young person that helped me during my laptop purchase was very knowledgeable. he took time to make sure i got a laptop that would fit all my needs.

For a long time I did not buy anything from Best Buy. We had a bad experience with a store in California. Until we met one of your staff members in your Medford store. His name is Jordon he explained a lot of things to my wife and I. Because of him we have purchased several TV’s for ourselves and as gifts. And because of him and the staff you have at your Medford store we do not go anywhere else to buy our electronics items we need. Plus we refer everyone to your store. This man is a truly an asset to your store and your corporation.

This membership was a lifesaver for me. I had purchased a 3rd generation Oura ring on the last day of August, and then the 4th generation Oura ring was unexpectedly released in early October, after I had only been using the wearable health tracker for a month. Because of the My Best Buy Plus membership, I was able to return the 3rd gen ring and then exchange it for the 4th gen ring (they were the same price). I was ecstatic to upgrade to the latest technology without any hassle.

I never occurred to me how much money I would save acquiring this membership for bestbuy as well as the deals I would be notified of but would highly recommend especially for its price.

Pretty good deal. I got it because of an apple promo but ended up saving hundreds on a washer. Would recommend if planning a large purchase in the next year

I’ve been using the My Best Buy Plus™ membership for a few months now, and it’s definitely worth it. The free 2-day shipping has saved me so much time (and money), especially on last-minute purchases. I also love having access to exclusive member pricing—I’ve already saved a good amount on electronics and accessories I was planning to buy anyway. The extended return window is a nice bonus too. Overall, if you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, the membership pays for itself. Highly recommend!

Really cheap for its cost. You get your money’s worth with promotions that give you rewards that give your money back in rewards! On top of that its at an amazing store that gives great service. I have enjoyed using the membership so far and already got some rewards for my purchase. Definitely a must if you shop at best often or not!

This membership is great if you buy a lot of tech. The extended return period is a God-send, because you get a little more time to determine if products are right for you or not. You also get free two-day shipping, Plus Member only discounts and access to special member only sales events, and sometimes early access to new products. For $50 a year, it’s definitely worth it if you buy a lot of your products from BestBuy.

Good value for what you get. The extended return/price match makes it worth it for bigger purchases…saved an additional $500 when a tv dropped in price after my purchase.

Membership is really worth it, you get access to a bunch of deals and the membership really isn't overly expensive.

Used it to get Cyber savings after it was purchased a month ago. Called the number provided, talked to a cheerful agent, and got my $250.00 savings.

Ok so I wasn't going to originally get this, but when I made some Christmas purchases. I found out that I could save money on the items I was buying and still come out cheaper. I think my total was like 1150 dollars before getting this. And it was 1100 even after I purchased this. So it saved me money just by buying the membership. And the 1100 is including the 50 dollars it cost. The checkout showed me I could save 100 dollars. So I really saved 50 and got a membership for free. And now as I shop all year long on the best buy website I get better deals. I don't think people realize just how much stuff bestbuy carries. There is more than just tech. Their website has a lot to offer. I have 3 boys and I bought them legos, action figures, ride on toys, video games, and even drift karts for $199. I even saved when buying my son a gaming pc after this purchase. It is well worth the money if you plan on buying from best buy.

I am a long time Best Buy loyalist. If you are too, then having a membership is a fantastic opportunity for some money saved. I try ti buy most of my gear from Best Buy… I have a Best Buy credit card as well, so I get a lot of points and rewards if I stay within the Best Buy environment. The membership itself is helpful to me, as I buy appliances, tv’s, etc and the warranty, the installations, already help you save. Not only do you save from those services but every so often there are products that go on sale/discounted that are specific for members. A few small items I didn’t mind having around definitely helps, such as hdmi cables or network cables. I think the biggest savings I had were from Apple products, just 1 week after launch the items go on sale for members, and you can ask for a price match. Saved a few hundred dollars this way already. Finally the extended return window helps, sometimes you buy something it doesn’t go as planned, the generous return windows are very helpful for those situations. I highly recommend it

I only signed up because NFL Sunday Ticket was included. I haven't used any of the other services, but that was great value in itself.

I recently opened my plus membership and for me it has already paid off in services provided thru the Geek Squad in setting up my new laptop.
