I hate purchasing in-store programs, but honestly, this one is worth it. I mistakenly bought a monitor that I thought was the correct model from the box, but it was a different model. I couldn't return it for about 2 weeks because I was busy with life and work, but this program makes it so easy. No questions asked and a full refund. I 100% plan to keep this.

my Best Buy plus membership is a good value with special offers and extra discounts.

The associate explained the benefits well and I have found good use of the membership this far. My only criticism is that i earned $100 in reward after making a qualifying purchase and it took way too long for those to be ready.

I haven’t had the opportunity to use my membership to the degree in which it provides benefits, but I intend to. I’m still waiting to receive the $75 promotional gift based on my purchase of the MacBook Air. Hopping to receive it soon.

As soon as i reached the department that I was looking for an employee asked if I needed help. I was standing next the item I wanted and I said that I woukd like to buy one of these., he grabbed it and I was out of the store in less than ten minutes.

This membership really helps if you need to use the Geek Squad. I always double check now though if they tell me my membership has expired. In the pass they have told me that and come to find out we were still active. We lost a printer that way.

I am still new to the membership. I purchased aftershokz with the memberships deal of the day and I saved but, the earphones were the simple ones vs the enhanced ones. I'm hoping the deals aren't steered to sell items otherwise wouldn't as quick if they weren't part of the perks of a membership. Similar to black Friday deals including not-so-great brands.

Takes care of all my problems. I really like the fact that I can bring my products right to my local store.

I got this for free for a year for making a massive purchase and opening a credit account for bestbuy. I have not seen any benefits from this as of yet (Months after 'Purchase') the only benefit is not having to pay interest for several months allowing me to save money and not pay any interest at all.

I give it a good rating; the staff member's attention was good and friendly but very slow. I think they should improve their customer service.

Definitely worth it! You get 60 days to return sonething instead of 25 days! Plus, i was getting some pretty sweet deals the more i purchased, the more points i accumulated which quickly turned into a $50 off deal for anything equal value or more. When i saw that, i looked into my plys account some more and found a bunch more dwals even better than the 50 off gift certificate. I buy items frequently from Best Buy, but not many of the items are worth getting best buy prorection (i.e. cables, adapters, etc), which is why i felt the plus membership best suited me. Dont get me wrong, after i earn my BA in college, ill be able to adford buying things as frequently as i do with trivial items, enough to justify the cost benefit analysis to get the better membership than the plus (blanking on the name) which gives you automatic best buy protection on the items you purchase thereafter. That ones a little pricey, but I recommend the plus membership for those who frequently buy from best buy, but occasionally make investments in otems that would typically need protection.
