    If i could give this 0 stars I would. The memerships are basically forced by the employees and they tell you oh you could go cancel it immediately and get your money back and THEY DO NOT REFUND YOU THE WHOLE THING AS PROMISED. FALSE ADVERTISING FOR SURE.

    The particular sales team member that I was working with was very knowledgeable about the product that my wife had suggested. And with their suggestions and help. They walked me through getting a different kind of mouse that works better with my particular laptop that I was purchasing. A1 service and help.

    So easy and awesome to be a member and to use it to pick up at the store and use to earn points. If you’re shopping at Best Buy, be a member it’s a no brainer!

    Longtime Customers No Longer

    After years of membership we will not be returning to Best Buy. After purchasing a new MacBook + a docking station, I found that I could not connect 2 additional monitors at once. After spending over 1.5 hours on the phone with Geek Squad and 3 additional trips to the store to work with Geek Squad there, their 'experts' finally figured out that I had to convert the 2nd monitor to USB-C for it to work. (despite there being 2 HDMI ports on the docking station that they sold me, had me return once, and insisted had a driver problem that they attempted to correct for HOURS). This, however, wasn't what lost Best Buy our business; they lost our business because after all of this fiasco - I asked them to comp me the cord to convert my 2nd monitor from HDMI to USB-c --- since I had spend a good deal of money in their store and then a lot of hours, lost work time, gasoline, and incorrect 'fixes' from them. Their answer .... 'We are running a business so we can't give away products'. The offered me 20% off. So to save probably $20 dollars... Best Buy & Geek Squad lost customers forever.

    Since I sign for my Bestbuy plus .I did many purchases but I didn’t got any discount.it should be at least onetime discount on first time purchase .after we sign for it

    The customer service person working with me offered the $49.99 membership that came with the sale price of the iPad I had purchased of $99.00 reduction. I said yeah if you want to give me 99 bucks off for spending $50.00. I will gladly take the free $50 dollars. You can cancel the membership at any time, so I dont see any down side.

    Just signed up for membership when I bought a laptop. Got an extra deal on the laptop. Great savings so far. Paid for itself and you have longer return times. Got great discounts on appliances and a TV. And a decent size gift card for the purchases. I did buy a lot of stuff do the timing was good. Best discount program I’ve experienced.
