The protection plan is it! I'd rather have and not need it than need it and not have it.

It is a very good option to add your plus membership which will help you to do the price match for upto 3 months after your purchase. I did get around 150$ back in 3 months for a laptop.

Made a purchase in January during the Samsung appliance sale. To date, I have still not received my range or hood vent or the counter top air fryer. I did receive the new fridge and absolutely LOVE it and the four ice options. My whole family is loving that part. Also love the easier access and better storage that comes with the fridge and freezer drawer. Haven't missed my old fridge one bit! As far as my membership, I am disappointed with regards to my items being significantly delayed. I was told range was oversold and now has to wait on manufacturing. For some reason, the rep could not send the hood vent or air fryer earlier because the system would not allow it. So I haven't been able to enjoy the air fryer, which is actually available for pick up in store just 30 minutes away. That needs improvement in Best Buy processes.

i like the ability to get a rebate if the items I purchase have a lower price.

Plus should allow an extra year of warranty coverage

I didn't know such great customer service still existed! No surly tattooed teenagers running this place! I have purchased both a Kitchen Aid oven and a Frigadaire refrigerator and had the deal done in 20 minutes or so! Soly, Cale and Andrew at the Colorado Mills store were amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. Such nice young men who advised me wisely. The delivery guys were also wonderful, and I had my appliances in a weeks' time. Very heartening to know there is a store where you are greeted when you walk in and someone is there to help in short order. I highly recommend Best Buy!

I made a comment in December and sent copies of reciepts and my complaint. Nothing from you. I have bought all my computers and equip from Best Buy since 1990s and never a complaint until I talked to you on December 1, 2025.

Although it saved me $20.00 on Microsoft 365 software, the membership still cost $49.99... so I actually lost money on it. Sure, it's good for a year, but I'm not a big purchaser of tech stuff - I simply needed a new computer and I certainly don't expect to need another one within a year! The incentive that I could "get a refund of the difference in price if the price went down on the computer I bought" sounds exciting but if you buy a high quality, popular, well built computer, mid-year (not when new models come out) it's probably not going to go on sale within 30 days... So, overall, good upsell, but not a good value. My salesman was very good, and helpful, so at least he got credit for the sale.

There is not a better membership program for service, tracking, and easy of use for all types of sales.

I joined last fall and have saved several hundred dollars on only a couple of purchases. I am well pleased with this membership and will continue it into the future.

This is a valuable membership. especially where children are involved. With unlimited Geek Squad support and member prices, it is a win-win.

Price was good service was ok. I think they didn't have enough staff

My experience so far has been nothing short of amazing. So I had been on the market looking for a new M3 MacBook Pro. My local store did not have the one I wanted in stock so I drove to the next closest store in Bristol at the Pinnacle shopping plaza. There I found the MacBook I was looking for, but the sales associate (Tyler) is the one who introduced me to the My Best Buy Plus membership as well as the Best Buy credit card. Tyler explained all of the features of both the credit card as well as all the included perks of being a My Best Buy Plus member. I got my first year for free but a couple of my favorite features so far is being able to go in and getting a refunded price difference on a product I purchased within the last 60 days that has been lowered in price. The other amazing feature I love having a discount on certain products or getting so much off of an item just for being a My Best Buy Plus member. I’ve not ordered anything yet to have it shipped but I know I’m gonna love the 2-day shipping and free shipping features as well.
