Came in today to get an appointment with Geek Squad to try to straighten out my wife's Kindle which jumps around from page to page uncontrollably. And to buy a new printer. Great deal on the HP tank printer. Hope to get it set up and use this weekend. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

Easy decision cost was offset with recent purchase. Nice offering/ value for best buy.

Best Buy is my favorite go to for all my electronics. Being a member of my Best Buy plus has save me a ton of money. I really hope I win the $400. I truly need this so my kids can have the best Christmas ever.

Well worth the money spent, the benefits are enticing

I think my BB Plus Membership helps me because of the access to great deals and discounts on certain products I don't expect. I'm glad I don't have to do anything complicated to enable my membership, whether I am online or in the store. The emails featuring various products and specials are also welcome.

I signed up right away when this came out, and it quickly paid for itself, but then all the offers ended so I haven't used it in months. I thought the 15% off Nintendo points would be permanent. Now all the deals are for large appliances and TVs, which I already have. I was hoping for more Nintendo benefits, because that's what I want to buy regularly. Also the benefits only applied online. I want to walk into a Best Buy store and use my membership to buy Switch points at a discount any time.

Definitely worth the extended take back on merchandising

Pretty much got duped into buying this membership. I was buying a new phone and the team member told me that the purchase came with a free trial of My Best Buy Plus, so I said great, I'll try it out. Upon reviewing my receipt I notice that I had indeed been charged for the membership. I returned to the store a few days later and went to customer service to try and have the charge removed, but was told they did not handle the membership there and game me a sheet with a number to call. Naturally, I misplaced the sheet. As for the membership, as best as I can tell is it basically unlocks a whole lot of sale emails, which caused me to adjust my email settings, so at this point I have essentially received zero value for the membership. From what I saw before adjusting my email settings, this definitely does not seem to be much benefit for a casual shopper like me. Perhaps it would have more use for a frequent Best Buy shopper. Right now, I'm fairly sour on the whole experience so I do not foresee any uptick in purchases from Best Buy in the future.

I came into my local Best Buy knowing I needed a computer, but totally up in the air in terms of what I needed. The associate I spoke with was very thorough spent 25 minutes with us went over all the features made me feel comfortable and removed all the, very confident with my purchase

I haven’t had occasion to use my benefits under this membership programme but expect that it will deliver based on my experiences otherwise with Best Buy

Geek squad is like my family Doctor! Always looking after my children and healing them ! Nowadays cellphones,Tv, smartwatches and so much more are part of a family needing to be looked after as the Doctor does ! Thank you

Joined just to get the discount on a large (refrigerator) purchase. Subsequently, had to repair a laptop I purchased at BestBuy. I had a $50 credit, which I used to reduce the cost of the repair. Disappointed to see that the credit was not applied to the repair--probably my bad for not pressing the tech when he rang it up.
