I don't really get much out of the BB+ membership as I typically don't extend warranties or need to be first to get new tech. But it was nice to get a discount on a new TV.

no partial use of $50 credit. bought $40 backpack for daughter, then had to buy another purchase i did not really want to get past $50. great for you, sucks for me. so tired of gimmicks. also finding qualified sales personnel is your big problem in appliances- over 40 min wait for vacuum- no one- bought one at ABC warehouse same day

It’s fine, but experiencing returns at Beat Buy Northridge has not been good. I couldn’t return the studio display there despite being within the return period. So it seems despite the membership the store can still deny.

I found everything want at the right price and with no hassle from in store pickup.

I had to use the installation services twice last year and found it very convenient, friendly, and helpful. If you are going to buy a couple of big items over the year, I would recommend it.

My membership is very important to me. I had it before and had to stop due to inflation and a shortage of money. But now I am back for the help and relief I feel when a technical problem develops with one of my devices.

My purchase was easy and smooth my rep at the counter actually knew exactly what I wanted and seen online so he definitely needs a high commission for my purchase now I need a small size stackable washer and dryer

Extremely difficult and a lot of limitations to use the best price guarantee. I literally had seven or eight lower prices for the same item that I had purchased. After I submitted a claim (very difficult to find out how to do that.) I was told that none of them met the criteria. That being said my experience buying the product in the store was really very positive. I would not recommend purchasing this plan if you are looking for a lower price guarantee.

Being a Best Buy member is a considerable advantage. In our case, we can check the news and updates on products and special offers. I strongly recommend that everyone have this relationship with Best Buy and get the best.
