We purchase enough products from Best Buy that having a membership provides additional support for the items that matter to us and gives me peace of mind.

I hate coming into best buy, standing in customer service line waiting for my turn when there are two people taking a break at the other register talking, laughing, eating. I don't begrudge somebody taking a break, just go in the back instead of standing there staring at me like i am a bother.

I think I liked this membership because it gives me many benefits, like being able to place my orders more easily.

I purchased a one-year membership and so far this has proven to be very helpful. I am a knowledgeable PC user but moving peripherals from my Windows 10 machine to my new Windows 11 machine was difficult. Microsoft has a big problem and I expect to see massive Windows 11 fixes/changes in the near future. A truly weak OS!

Let’s talk about this membership now. I only got it because I was turning trading in a laptop and at this point in time to offering a special or if you had Best Buy membership, you got an extra 10% on your laptop trade-in so at the time the membership was 50 bucks the laptop I was trading it was 800 so I was gonna get an extra $80 which to me is a no-brainer. I get a free membership but I get paid 30 bucks to get the membership and who knows if I use it in the future I may get more money just a good deal, however I got my gift card for 880 bucks didn’t use it right away waited five days and by the time I went to go use it 600 and something dollars if it had already been used and it wouldn’t replace it but they replace it. They wouldn’t give me a new one for the 200 bucks left so that didn’t get stolen so I had to spend it immediately and stuff I didn’t even want it. It’s pretty crappy, especially crappy because I contacted them within hours of the person actually using it and the person hadn’t picked up the product yet. They had been delivered yet. It was an online order so they should’ve been able to stop the order from going out and putting the money back on my car, give me a new card and no one would’ve been out anything, but there was a red tape in the back office this and got lunch investigation I never heard back from 660 bucks my laptop. My MacBook Pro sucks cause I love that computer. I love the $600. I didn’t get it.
