wow! a no brainer as phones always need help ,plus to know you can add your home computer on this policy a no brainer. and Cameda let me know my apple laptop is also covered, Cam explained how we will return this laptop to add it on the correct purchase date.PS will not go to see geeks inless its Cam..

I like this membership as it has saved me money. I haven't used the Geek Squad portion of it mainly because I work in IT and can fix my issues myself. I've saved enough each year that it covers the cost of the plan.

My biggest gripe with Best Buy is that the customer can’t call the store or the sales person. This makes often very essential direct communications impossible, unless the sales person shares personal mobile #.

Had a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE being helped by Alyssa Michelle, even though he worked in the back she answered the question I originally stopped and asked about But WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY, because she didn’t even work on the floor. That Store representative ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY DESERVES A RAISE AND MORE. Being new to the area and the state She 100% made us feel welcomed and informed with this purchase and she helped us to make a decision we wouldn’t regret telling us all the strengths and weakness’ wit each brand without talking down on any brand or Unit. How she didn’t that we are still amazed by. THAT IS AN ABSOLUTE SKILL, and she needs to be acknowledged for that. And hopefully she gets a raise on top of a raise she was that deserving. We love our membership and the Service we received And again the service was done with such grace and patience all while being informative and not rushed. This being a major purchase for a home, and a new home at that can be a little intimidating when looking at a sea of appliances but that went as good as anyone could ever ask for.
