I recently received a promotion that basically made this free. I have no regrets spending more to get a promotion like this. Having 60 days to return items is essential. 2 weeks goes by so fast so this gives me peace of mind. Not to mention other benefits you get like price match etc

When I went to buy my newest Apple Watch in November, I was skeptical at first to purchase this membership. When one of the store representatives told me that Best Buy does a holiday price match where I could call if the price of my product was lower and get the money refunded to me for the difference I was immediately sold. Not only did this product actually deliver as the sales associate said, but it was so easy to do. I was able to text the Best Buy representative and get everything taken care of that way. I even used my Best Buy credit card and was able to get the difference in the prices refunded right to my Best Buy credit card and off the total without affecting the promotional rate definitely worth the purchase for that alone.

Love having the free 2 day shipping option. I don’t shop as often these days but when I need something fast it’s been really helpful!

The salesman encouraged me to purchase this membership just in case they put their remaining iMacs on sale after I walked out. Unfortunately that didn't happen. But as it turned out, I had to return two of the accessories I had also purchased and received back every cent I had spent. (I didn't need the new Magic Mouse, there was one already in the box.) Perhaps the easy refund would have happened anyway, dunno.

Best Buy management was more than accommodating with respect to my purchase of a sound bar system. I would frame it in the context of a classic model for public relations and customer loyalty. Kudos to the store manager and his assistants in the customer service department.

He was the one that not only helped me but educated me on the products and brands I was looking to buy so I can make the best for our families’s needs. Please recognize this gentleman. I have one Apple charging cord and one insignia circuit breaker and couldn’t be happier. I have bought both of these products before and have no comaints. They are reliable hence why I came back to buy more of each product.

Amazing laptop, the screen looks so vibrant and colorful. Runs everything super well and the 5070ti is crazy fast, close to my 40ti super on my desktop. Going to be using this for lightroom and ohoto editing great size nice and compact. The battery life is freaky good to!!

My old iPad died so I had to get a new one asap- I use the iPad a lot! My new one is similar but a slightly larger screen; a few enhanced buttons, etc. I chose blue (very pretty). I rejoined the Geek Squad and they set everything up for me. Perfect. I like the security knowing they will take care of all my devices.

In May, I purchased a new Apple TV. One of the Best Buy associates sold me on getting a Best Buy Plus membership. A few weeks later, there was a sale on Apple items. It included the Apple TV. The price was the same, but now it included a free remote control holder. I knew I would have to go to the store to acquire it. The store is pretty far away, but it gave me a good excuse to have lunch with my daughter. I talked to a couple of the associates there. They said I would have to return my Apple TV and then buy a new one. I told them that didn't make any sense because then they would lose money on the deal. They would have an open box item that they couldn't sell for the same price. I told them that I lived far away and it was the last day of the sale. I insisted on talking to a manager. I know sometimes regular employees have to tow the line, but I knew a manager could help. It took a few minutes for them to get a manager out for me. However, he was very accommodating. He said all he needed was the serial number of the device I purchased. We were able to locate it. He did a little manipulation on the computer to show that I had returned it, and then immediately repurchased it. He gave me the remote control holder. I know not all companies allow their lower-tier employees to do what is necessary to make a customer happy, but they should. Many years ago, my second job was working for La Quinta Inns. I don't know if it's still the case, but at that time, they gave the desk clerks authority to do whatever it took to make a customer happy, even if they had to give them the room free for the night. Just a little something to think about because I'm sure some corporate person will see this. So anyway, I have already recouped $10 of my $50 membership fee, with 11 months to go. I'm always watching the emails for specials. I'm probably going to need a new vacuum cleaner before too long and may have to replace my old dryer. I expect that my membership will help with those two items, if necessary.

If you shop at Best Buy pretty often, the Plus membership can actually be worth it. The longer return window is super helpful (especially if you’re indecisive with tech), and the member-only deals can save you a decent amount over time. It also just feels nice having a little extra flexibility when buying expensive stuff.

I'm rarely buy latest model of anything so, membershiplike this is really useful when you have several valuable purchases. It's not my case. Anyway, I enjoyed a reduced price with my purchases and I'm grateful about that
