Never could get signed in despite at least 2 calls to tech support / customer service. First person couldn't help me, forwarded me to another person who said someone would let me know when the issue was resolved. Never heard back after several days. Tried to log in again, the same problems, nothing was fixed. Went to the store for a refund and had to talk to customer service on the phone have the membership cancelled and my money returned. It may work well for some, but it didn't work at all for me.

worth it for high dollar items

I only got it as I get the extended price match for 90 days. Since I figure they will have a new model or some sale go on it could get me a good amount of money back. I my laptop that I bought went on sales 65 days later and with this I was able to get the $500 difference back so I made the price of membership worth it on that alone.

Have been hung up on more than once. Too difficult for an older person to navigate online- will not be renewing or recommend to others in my age group .
