We had a wonderful experience purchasing a 77" OLED Samsung TV. The price was right and included a free install which were were really grateful for. Install techs did a great job and accomplished in 90 minutes what would have taken me all week-end. They had the right tools and spacers which were badly needed. Sales team at Eden Prairie store were great and everything they promised turned out to be spot-on including the $170 in store credit which we used for a new digital watch. For us it was a great experience.

I was able to make all my money back from the subscription in rewards with a purchase and it has great value with deals and rewards on purchases! If you plan on visiting best buy often its worth it.

Did not see a savings value in the membership. However, I did feel that the customer serves better and delivery set up was easier due to being a member. Other perks apply as a member.

Overall it’s worth the $50 a year. Inside the years since I’ve purchased it I’ve saved over $200 on purchases I would have made regardless of having the membership. Down side is customer support could care less if you are a member or not when you reach out to them on the app. They aren’t rude.. but it certainly doesn’t help you any.

I was advised to get this when I made a sizeable purchase. For 60 days after my purchase, if I found a lower price on something I had bought, either from BestBuy or a main competitor, I would receive a refund. Within a few days of my purchase, one of my items was $200 cheaper. I went thru the process of notifying Best Buy and received a refund. So this worked out for me.

Man, if you love tech and you know you’re going to make a good amount of purchases you can really take advantage of the deals and benefits like price matching.

This membership is truly great and worth the value. If you make a decent amount of purchases like I do, the price drops alone that you can get the difference credited back for pays for itself. Aside from that, having the Geek Squad available and the warranty available is a bonus to the membership and a no brainer to have.

No brainer and a must have. Allows extra days for returns if needed, I renew this every year.

At first I was skeptical but decided to purchase this for the price protection and return policy. It paid for itself within 2 weeks since the item went on sale for $50 less than I originally paid. Best Buy refunded the difference to me without a hassle. I enjoy the member benefits and price drops. I highly recommend adding this to your purchase.

I recently purchased a new refrigerator. Best buy i could have made. There was a slight but noticeable dent on the refrigerator but when i tell you that i had NO ISSUES in receiving a new one. Customer service was pleasant, cordial and took great care in solving the issue. I would definitely recommend making appliance purchases at Best Buy. I am one satisfied customer!!!
