This was a fantastic membership that actually included the most important benefit of extending your return window from 30 days to 60 days. All I can say is that extra time is totally worth it especially if you forgot you purchased somehthing you no longer need or never needed but forgot about it.

On 11/7/24, at the Best Buy in Tinley Pk I had an awesome experience with both Steve the sales rep and Tie & Renee of the Geek Squad. They were so helpful they went above and beyond to help install and get my new Apple iPad ready for use. I am a 68 year old woman, Not very tech savvy at all, but do enough to accomplish all my needs. They were so helpful, Patient, In downloading all of my purchases to my new iPad. This type of Customer Service is to be commended. Five Thumbs up for Tie & Renee of the Geek Squad & Steve the Sale Rep. Thank you, A Very Satisfied Customer.

Very good coverage and great value for the price. Warranty covers quite a variety of items currently sold at Best Buy.

I think Best Buy service is pretty good and you get good discounts off of merchandise. If you are into Tech and purchase from Best Buy a lot this plan is for you.

I love the cash back benefits. This card was easy to open and easy to understand the terms. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 is I got the card that you can make purchases elsewhere and I was not informed that there would be interest charged immediately on them. They have the 12 month interest free for purchases made at Best Buy, which I love. Overall a great card and the only one I’m going to keep out of the credit cards I own.

I signed up for the My Best Buy Total membership a few months ago, and it’s definitely paid off. The extended return window and exclusive member pricing have already saved me time and money, especially around the holidays. What really stands out, though, is the 24/7 Geek Squad support—it’s been super helpful when setting up new devices or troubleshooting issues.

I bought the membership when I got a new iPad and am about to use the warranty as the volume comes on, on high when I use Spotify. I haven’t used the membership again.

I was supposed to get automatic discounts on equipment I purchased if it went on sale. My equipment went on sale, but I was not notified. I had to call customer service and go to two stores before I got my discount. I have to say a manager in the audio department at Best Buy in North Glenn was fabulous.

I made my membership back in a very short period with the extended price match guarantee. It’s well worth the investment.

Didn't really use it and with sales often I don't think the sales with best buy plus stands out much. Extended return policy on big ticket items is good for piece of mind I guess.
