I see the difference it makes to be a membership. I’ve enjoyed Best Buy for a very long time it was the place I went to where I purchased my first grown up purchase my MacBook Pro. I support best buy and when given the option to be apart of the membership it did not disappoint from the time of purchase.

So far, so good. Been using the better sale prices when i purchase.

The main advantage is extended return and price match policy. I was able to save a lot on my purchase due to membership. If you are regular to Best Buy, membership is very helpful

I have only used my benefit once since signing up for it. It is for my Jitterbug Smart 3 cell phone. Being a rookie with a cell phone it was a bit frustrating at first but as my knowledge has progressed, my frustration has lessened. I found the Geek Squad ok....they also were not able to fix some of my lack of knowledge issues and referred me back to Lively. All in all I find willingness to try to support but only average ability. Thank you for attempting but I must admit I left the store disappointed.

Having the membership has really given me peace of mind when debating whether or not an item I want to purchase is a good fit. The extra days to return items was the ultimate reason I decided to opt in. My second favorite bonus is being able to get video games for the little ones at a little bit of a discount or ahead of time.

It had been years since I was a Best Buy shopper as my local store had really went down hill. I shopped at my current local one last year and have now been to two different ones in two states and I was blown away. It feels like the original Best Buy; great customer service, shelves stocked—I’m glad I can back!

This membership has saved me loads of money and have gotten me deals early and i highly recommend it.

The only reason I got it was for the extended price match, but I had trouble getting the price match, when the price of my product was reduced. The person who rang up the original sale, bundled the price of the product with the delivery, I think, so when I went in, I couldn't get the price match of the product against the bundled price. He was able to give me the $50 discount off the install fee, but I missed out on the discount on the tax that I paid originally for the product.

I signed up for the membership a couple years ago and it’s honestly been worth it. The free 2-day shipping alone makes it super convenient, and I like having early access to sales and exclusive member pricing. If you shop at Best Buy even semi-regularly, it pays for itself pretty quickly. The 60-Day return window is also a huge bonus.

I loved the fact that this membership tremendously help in getting around any issue with product, or even suggestions to buying any other product that I haven't bought. Would like to see emails about any sales promotions i store rather than me going into website or google to see any sales Always keep up the good work.
