This is not my first time purchase at BB and it won't be my last.

The last two times I bought something at Best Buy. Appliances and an IPad. Both gentleman were very knowledgeable about everything in their department. Which made it a pleasant experience.

Yearly a great deal. Plus 50 off the Microsoft card for the year.

Membership does have good rewards does pay for itself.

I found the Best Buy Plus membership to be usefulness. It saved me over $100 when purchasing a laptop, I have also benefited form the free 2-day shipping. Thankfully, I have not needed to return anything but know if I need to, I have 60 days to do so. I have been able to recycle old electronic equipment at Best Buy, which has helped me get rid of clutter. Finally, I have used Best Buy's Geek Squad services at my home and found it to be a great value. Overall, you can't go wrong with everything Best Buy has to offer - the membership is an added bonus.

Best Buy Minnetonka has provided excellent service over the decades. By excellent I mean reliable informed considerate service. I’ve used the Geek Squad service both remotely and in store and I’ll look for their help when I need the assistance they provide. I have found the products I sought and learned about the available alternatives when I am in the store.

I got the membership with my new laptop. However, I have not used any of the benefits of the membership. If the benefits of the Geek Squad, discounts, etc. matter to you as you often shop at Best Buy, then get the membership. Otherwise, it may not be worth it.

Bought for insurance on oled tv. Didnt have to utilize it. I did get a high quality system though. Insurance probably wasnt worth it in my case.

Thus membership had real value to us as it extends the product return time period. Critical when our brand new Frigidaire died after a month, just beyond the regular return period.
