If you shop a lot from BestBuy this membership is a no brainer. Great deals and has already saved me 100s of dollars over the past 2 years.

I like the great deals I got with the membership - it paid for itself on my first purchase. I would have given 5 stars except that it would not let me cancel my membership before renewal without losing the full year that I had paid for.

The service is essential for all products, I love this service.

Always great to have for large purchases with financing availale

I joined My Best Buy Plus right before the Black Friday sales. I had many purchases in mind and thought that the My BB + membership would both get me some money off and also give me the extended, 2 month, price match and return policy. Since joining BB + 1.5 months ago, I have spent almost $3,000 on purchases at Best Buy. My experience so far has been mixed. I did get one price match for a $100 savings (yay) but was denied a $22 price match because the BB, CS representative said the savings "would be too much" (boo). Also another return was not approved back to my card but the store manager did offer a store credit. So after spending nearly $3,000 my savings related to the My BB + membership came up to only $23 as shown on my BB + membership page. So, all together, that's only a net savings of $50 after spending almost $3 grand. That's just OK to me and BB not giving me the $22 price match because "it was too much" kinda bugged me. Based on my experience with BB + membership so far I am not sure I will renew next year.

Love the protection plans! Customer service is excellent and they will request upper management involvement if necessary.

Best Buy membership can be very rewarding for those who regularly buy electronics or need tech support, especially if you’re looking for extended warranties, Geek Squad services, or free shipping. However, if you only shop occasionally or on a tight budget, the annual fee may not justify the perks. It’s a great program for tech enthusiasts or those upgrading home appliances frequently, but less valuable for infrequent or casual shoppers like myself.

This membership has already saved me 300$ and i am really happy with this.

I mean its not too bad. If you gan take advantage of the perks it dose come in handy. We were able to do so so we enjoyed it. I wount blame if someone just has it for a year for a great deal. 100% understand if someone cant.

The membership came in handy when I needed to order a gift but it didn't meet the normal free shipping minimum. I also enjoy the discounted prices on some of the items. Overall, it was a wise decision to join the membership.
