I had a tv and a computer delivered. From the sale to the installation everything went smoothly. The guys I worked with were very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Best Buy.

I'm very happy I purchased the Best Buy Plus membership last month when I bought a new laptop. I called today because I saw that the price of my previous purchase was now $100 less. I called Best Buy and the very pleasant young gentleman I talked too took care of processing the purchase price difference to my credit card in a matter of just a few minutes. Excellent customer service!

Not too shabby. Have perks like Best Buy bucks that you can discount a purchase something in your cart during membership week.

I went to the store to visit with Geek Squad to help me with a tech issue. I very pleased with the knowledge the associate had. She helped me with my issue and showed me a couple more tech options.

I originally called the 888 number for my price match refund. It was very hard to understand the phone rep, she also told me that I was not eligible for any refund. I disagreed and she instructed me to head to the store. I did go the store in Ashwaubenon, and was refunded the price match with no questions asked. It took all of 30 seconds. I am very disappointed in the 888 number quality of customer service. What she told me was 100% incorrect and she would not transfer me to her supervisor when I asked. So for that part of my ordeal, I would rate it a 1. For the customer service I recd directly at the store, I would give it a 5.

This membership streamlines the process for purchases and you periodically get exclusive deals on things you'd actually WANT to buy. Worth it to me!

The extended price match and return policy and member deals are a plus. Those are the primary reasons for my membership. I just don’t know that I used it enough to be worth it last year. This year it has saved me at least $40 so far.

This membership has already paid for itself. Great to have and can save you lots of money if you shop here often.

The membership has helped me with testing a product I needed to use and to stay with a laptop that complemented another laptop I had. It also made my purchases and refunds more transparent.

I'm hard of hearing so i didn't really understand what the sale person was telling me about the membership. the day i bought it I was on line with a chat and he said i can cancell it and get a refund . Never recieved it so i chat again and talk to Abby she said i will received it nothing again. chat with Vuyoazi and he assured me that I will get a full refund still nothing. If the first person would of told me that if I cancell my membership i would lose my money i would of keep it . So now I'm out of a membership and my money. Never again will I buy anything from Best Buy.
