Great experience that was not expected! I salesman who help me I can’t remember his name but he he was super I was so excited about everything he was showing me and he was explaining how everything works and what went best he was very knowledgeable and can’t explain I thankful I am for his service I’m definitely stoping back in there to thanks him again. My new 85” television and sound system is awesome and I love it.

This is a really nice processor but with the 9800X3D out, this newer CPU is the clear winner.

The best buy plus membership is something that I believe is worth what you are paying for. Not only does it take your return window from 30 to days but it also gives you exclusive discounts on items across the store. For instant I bought the Astro A50x headset as well as another elite series controller. With the discounts I received from just those two items them membership has already paid for itself!

Our Kitchen aid refrigerator had factory defect, they change it to Whirpool upon delivery another damage happened and returned again. I am very unhappy about this products. I will not recomend to my friends and family...Very much disappointed.!!!

I had to return a PC due to a black screen. It was a few weeks beyond the normal return date. My membership allowed me almost 90% credit.

Everyone at the GEEK squad was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their technologies. They explained their charges, to which I responded, "I only had the computer for five days, and you want to charge me to fix it. " I am rating the people, not the store's policies. I ended up returning the PC, It was an open box in excellent condition.
