    Honestly I think it's worth it. I like how the app gives you insights for weekly deals considering you're a member. Overall it's been great!

    This membership was worth the money if you need to have assistance in transferring your information to your new phone. It is supposed to cover the warranty for my new iphone also. Hopefully I won't have to find out if that is correct. I want to add that the associate that assisted me was excellent. He was very patient and was able to address any questions or concerns I had.

    It has been great having the Best Buy Plus Membership. We love that we don’t have to pay delivery. Also some items have a membership discount. Employees notice us when we pay that we have a membership and give us tips on purchasing. Thank you for helping us.

    Watch your credit card bill. Lots of mistakes.

    I was charged twice for the same oven. And then it took me between six and eight hours speaking to five different people trying to get it straightened out. I thought it was all cleared up. They said I had to wait 7 to 10 days to get a credit. I waited 7 to 10 days and called the credit card. There was no credit. This credit card has a 30% interest rate on it so when you’re being charged $6000 rather than $3900 it makes a big difference. I’ve now spent another several hours with the credit card and with Best Buy. Hopefully it’s straightened out. I will know in another 7 to 10 days. Also, Best Buy will not meet ad prices from other companies. I was told they would. Having to deal with Pacific sales, Best Buy, and Best Buy credit card is a real headache. I don’t even have the oven yet so I can’t review the oven just the horrendous Best Buy plus.

    The deals are great and I love the fact we have 60 days to return a product just in case it does not work for us. The best part is the deal match that we can go back in within 60days and if the price drop we would get that back.

    Honestly I haven't seen much value from it yet. I bought it because I thought I was buying a new laptop and thought I could get a better discount, but then the one I ended up buying wasn't available with a member discount. I guess it increased my return period, but I've been really happy with the Zenbook I bought. Unless Best Buy reminds me of the great benefits I'm missing I probably won't renew the membership next year.

    Worth the cost of the membership. Easy returns and exchanges and flexibility when wanting to test out technology without feeling trapped by a purchase. Especially with higher cost items. Just spend the $50 and buy it.

    Was able to get my TV installed and hung on the wall for $250 because I became a my Best Buy plus member. Have not used any of the other benefits yet.

    Knowledgeable associates helped me with selections. When I experienced trouble with a television straight “out of the box “, Best Buy scheduled the Geek Squad to assist, ie. Service after the sale.

    I joined My Best Buy Plus in December 2024, and so far it has been a great experience. With 60 days to return, or benefit from Price Match, I have already received a couple discounts on items that I have purchased. I look forward to enjoying the benefits in the future.

    Although initially skeptical, this membership was very helpful. I had some issues after my TV was expertly set up that impacted my being able to watch the TV. Although the fault was with my provider, the Geek Squad came and fixed it. Because of my membership, not only did I get a prompt response, but I did not incur any further charges.
