I save more by becoming a member and 60 days return and exchange it is great.

Great to have this so that we get extended return period and also get early access to member only deals.

love the peace of mind getting protection plans on purchases, and the unlimited support with the geek squad are great, although I don't use it as much as I should, it's a great value.

I don't really shop at Best Buy that often, but when for any electronics or appliances, they are my go-to. I don't really understand what the benefits are whenever I do go there. I think I do save money every time.

I would recommend everyone to get the membership. It pays back itself at least 3-4 times with small purchases, tech purchases over the year and way more returns if buying appliances.

My Best Buy Plus membership was $50, but didn't really move the needle for me. I just bought a TV on sale for $899 and it was delivered (dropped off in my house) for free, something that was always included when buying any TV of 65" or more in the past. So, I guess that's what the $50 was for.

Good value and not too expensive, especially since I got it along side a big purchase and immediately got back rewards!

Geek squad did a great job. The salesman that we bought our 85 in. T.v. from was very helpful

We have found that using My Best Buy Plus membership has been a very good experience and quite beneficial. We were able to make purchases immediately for items that were needed and make easy monthly payments.

I never believed in “memberships.” That has all changed with my most recent experience. I signed-up for the Best Buy Membership when I bought a washer & dryer. I was treated like a priority when I had an install issue. I felt protected.

Have tried to change my password but have been unsuccessful thus far and remain unable to log-in which makes reviewing my membership difficult to say the least.

Love using Best Buy the membership is definitely worth it, give it a shot trust me!

It was totally worth it. My laptop ended up going on sale outside of the basic policy, but within the terms of the membership, so I was able to enjoy the benefit of the refunded price difference. This allowed me to purchase an external monitor and have money left over!

Well didn't think it would be this helpful and rewarding but turns out it more than paid for itself in just a short time. the rewards come in handy.

This membership is a great value. I can get more discount for some items and I can get reward or coupon after spend money with Best Buy.

It really helps if you don’t have time to return Products

The Geek Squad was outstanding. They respected our house, making sure they didn't leave any trash behind, mark the walls, and wore foot coverings. They made sure the TV mounted correctly and in a position that met our needs. They also spent considerable times making sure the TV was setup correctly and was broadcasting correctly, and remote control worked. When they left, the TV was absolutely ready to use 100%.

It was partially great. However, when i needed my computer to be looked at, they told it wasn't covered. So technically, i didn't needed it but was available just in case
