Great choice and very well executed and has great potential

Best money I’ve ever spent. The geek squad in incredibly helpful and got my computer working again in short order. This is the only electronic store I’ll ever use for purchases or repairs.

One of the best purchases I ever made. It immediately paid for itself with the discount on delivery/Install of $80. Then when my TV was reduced in price by $700 a week after it was installed, all I had to do was go to customer service and they a credit to my account. I spent $50 and received $730 in value. Winning.

A good deal to get some savings from Best Buy especially when purchasing electronics.

This membership has already paid for it self a couple times over. I purchased a Sony XR77A9L tv for $4999.99 plus tax, a couple of weeks later they had a $500.00 price drop so I took my receipt to them and they created my credit card $500.00 plus tax. Great service.

They succeeded in setting up three televisions and getting them programmed. Explained how to use remotes, record events etc. We could have never gotten things set up and working without their help.

No customer service help regarding the rewards money towards future purchases

I think this will probably be worth it in the end, and I've taken advantage of a price match already. But I'm knocking off a star because there was supposed to be the benefit of 60-day returns and an item I bought Oct. 27 is saying returns no longer available. I'm not sure why the system did that and I hope it doesn't in the future.

I was definitely skeptical about this being set at $50, but it’s only been 1 month, and I’ve gotten $100 back in rewards already, that in of itself allowed me to pick up a brand new pair of Air Pods Pro 2nd Gen, they retail at $249.99 , but since I’m a part of this membership , we get notifications about deals instantly! So the price drop went to $190! $60 off just casually is amazing, and that’s before applying my $100 rewards I earned / Grand total spent for a $250+ headphones for less than $95.
