I should have did this a long time ago. You get some very good discounts and also the 2 months you have to return items is what makes this worth it. I actually got this membership while I was buying an iPad and the price of the membership and ipad came out cheaper then what I would have paid if I just bought the iPad so its worth it right there already. So there’s no way it’s to expensive and I wouldn’t have known if it wasn’t for the really helpful Best Buy employees at the Beaumont Texas store.

So far so good. I haven't had a chance to use it much but it is useful for the longer return items and discounts

It allows you extended time to review your item purchase and decide if you need to return it. You have extra time to return your purchase item. If need be Customer Service is wonderful and they do have good customer service.

I like what the membership offers, especially the phone warranty. I didn’t appreciate that this was the oblitérer only membership offered to me, with no mention of cheaper options.

Because this was the 2nd time happened recently from my shopping experience with Best Buy through Memorial Day 2025 through 4th of July 2025. As a customer from my side to review the entire process of purchasing & delivery & installation cooperation with, There were many issues: 1, different departments or teams inside Best Buy were not cooperative enough to take care of what exactly their customers needs. I would say that Nobody cared about it. 2, Outside of Best Buy to cooperate with its delivery & installation contractors / partners, they made the big mistake and let the installers came to my house waiting for the delivery item coming many hours later. As a customer I did see it in advance and was trying to reach Best Buy In Home customer service team to switch both schedules prior 1 day. Unfortunately either team in Best Buy nobody paid attention to it and let the bad things happening ~ end up they just told me that I have the choice to do returns & refunds ~ but who cares about I took my day off from my work and was waiting for the delivery and installation of new appliance to cook the meal for my entire family!! You know why ~ who’s the most loser? - Best Buy! Because as a customer I’ll never come back to shop from Best Buy again. I’m afraid of it ~ remember that I already had two times bad experience from Best Buy. 3, I made more than 10 times phone calls with different customer service lines and communicated with 2+ chat platforms throughout Best Buy at the day during the above process(In Home Service team, Geek Squad team, General Customer Service Service Team), each time either online chat or phone call they ask me to give them “my name, phone number, email address, physical address”, I remind them there are a lot of FRAUD threads through online and phone calls right now, they should review & get feedback to the management team to improve Best Bay customer service policy in order to protect customers privacy and put it on the calendar in priority immediately. Unfortunately nobody cared about it!!

The employee that assisted was great. Unfortunately the GE washer that i purchased is total junk. GE has sent 5 to 6 techs out and have yet to remedy the issue. They have been called again several weeks ago and still no one to repair washer that shuts down mid cycle. Locks up where it has to be unplugged and plugged back in

There's not much to say but "if you are a geek, then get the membership". every service gets better with the existing excellent best buy regular service. but the 60-day return is a cherry on top. thank you for building confidence in the consumer community. GG

The membership pays for itself if you make even one large purchase. The protection plans you with your purchase also gives a sense of safety. Great deal, worth it.
