Thank goodness I signed up for this membership since I've had to return 3 refrigerators and 3 washers since May 13. It is now June 21 and BB is delivering, yet, another washer. If I hadn't purchased this membership I'd have been stuck with products that didn't work correctly right out of the gate. Returning them hasn't been an issue. Just a huge pain in the butt. So, membership great, products suck.

Membership is good so far. I’ve saved some money on a few products due to the membership pricing. If you’re in the market for multiple products in a given year, it’s worth having the membership to get the membership product prices.

Look I used to get paid to write before I retired so I'm not writing a book. If you want to read them then buy copies, Raven Wings and 13 more twisted tales or Star Child and 13 more twisted tales. The service did what was expected so I gave them a good rating.

Bought membership as part of the deal to get a better price on a restocked computer. Unfortunately the geek squad member never fully restored the drivers, so I returned it for an exchange as was promised I could do. Then they tried to upsell to a new computer as conveniently they did not have another similar restock model. And of course the my Best Buy membership was not refunded. So I am out $50 with no actual product. A real scam!!!

Have not had any problems at this time everything went well the representative that I talked to was very nice and was very knowledgeable about their products I was very aware of the product the representative spoke with good about what he knows about different types of products to you was selling at the time I balked a monitor that was very good for me I needed one that was sensitive to do my eyes. I was very appreciated having that concern answer. Everything else is going whale I will keep foreign buying other products in the feature.
