I've been a regular customer at Best Buy for years, and they never disappoint! Whether I'm shopping for the latest tech gadgets or home appliances, they always have a fantastic selection at competitive prices. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to help with recommendations or answer any questions.

It is ironic when I want or need something or even a last minute gift for my jealous tech lovers “Where did you find or get that ???” ). Best Buy almost always has what we are looking for !!! And than there is the sales ??? Like if you don’t have that much at the moment or time ??? So we start saving and than as our savings increases and for up Best Buy sale price drops comes down !!! So now we can afford it , plus I got extra cash saved for maybe a new dvd or earbuds or electronics!!! Totally so cool !!!

I get a lot of good offers and extra services that make my bestbuy plus membership worth it. The 60 day return window is nice too.

So I made a purchase and the discount I received by buying the membership and applying it to the item covered the cost of the yearly My BestBuy Plus membership. I have not had the chance to use it again but I get frequent emails showing discounted prices due to the membership. And I believe it comes with free next day shipping and a much longer return period if you decide to return something. So all in all, it’s a good deal!!!

I purchased this as the only way to get any money back on an item I returned after the 14 day return policy that I was unaware of. I purchased a new printer that was defective and because I mistakenly thought I had 30 days to return it I was basically only able to get a refund of about half of what I paid for the printer.

You did not have the phone protective cover from Odder that I needed. Your sales lady did an excellent job in getting me an alternative.

I have used it for shipping, but the best value was the discounted NFL Sunday Ticket package. Well worth it!

Overall pretty solid plan, it helps to have the extended return policy especially if youre an indecisive person like me or you need to use something for longer than two weeks to fully deciding on keeping it or exchanging it, and if a price goes lower in those 60 days you can go in and ask for a match to the current price, two day shipping is nice when you need something soon but i can live without, but the member deals and early drops on certain things are for sure the best if you spend a lot on tech
