My Best Buy Customer Support Team Experiences; In Brentwood, Dublin & San Carlos Were Exceptional. I Purchased My New Laptop In Brentwood, Picked It Up In Dublin & Returned It; & Purchased A Different Model; In San Carlos. Thank You.

I had a dishwasher delivered in February from the Best Buy outlet in Fairfield California. There was water damage so I asked the delivery drivers to leave the dishwasher and I would have it installed. They left the dishwasher but did not leave the kickplate and I went into the store and a young man helped me and is having to kick plate delivered next week. His skills were very professional and knowledgeable and I appreciate his service.

These are all features that should come with having a Best Buy credit card I think. There is no need to pay for this, only reason I had it is I got it for free first year.

The added protection plans on purchases are good. Added time to try product before you return it is a plus. I gave 4 stars because there needs to be more deals for plus members especially during sales.

I would gladly say making this decision was a no brainer I got my kids the stuff they needed to make school work easier and fun also was able to get items I needed in easy payments ,and the best thing is Best Buy are located everywhere just like atms so best decision in my eyes dnt believe me ?try it you will thank me later.

Is good on prices and productos get it better price but dont work for me because i dont buy frecuently

We purchased an outdoor TV and had it installed by the Geek Squad with an added EERO signal booster. From sales to install, the Best Buy crew we had was flawless. They knew their stuff and their attention to detail was impressive. Not what we were expecting from a big box store. A great experience.

The membership helps you safe on karge purchases. I bought a tablet and ended up saving $30 by getting the $40 membership.

I believe it is a great value especially when purchasing expensive items.

Excellent savings and great return policy for any reason

Good value if you buy "regularly" from Best Buy. There are gems in these exclusive sales from time to time! The 2 day shipping is a hit-or-miss from my experience, which is why Im deducting one star. My item has been stuck in "packaging" for a few days with no real answer other than "its coming."

Not bad savings so far for a first time member and for a fraction of a price to start even better, was a deal at first start...

60 day return policy is the main reason I got it, there is some exclusive deals that could make it worth while. Best buy is top tier when it comes to customer service and goods.
