Bad experience with a LG refrigerator purchase

In short the refrigerator is catastrophically defective and does not work. My two options are fixing it where I was told the Best Buy can only come out to do a diagnostic and would have to come back at a later date to resolve the issue. Meanwhile I have no working refrigerator for my family. The second option is replacing the refrigerator however Best Buy could not deliver the item inside my house so I had to have contractors figure it out. So Best Buy is not equipped to havie the old one removed and a new one installed without me paying for contractors to assist. I also ended up calling LG the manufacturer myself to see an appointment. Terrible experience!

Great Perks for Frequent Shoppers!

It gives me extra time to test out products and decide if they’re right for me without feeling rushed. Whether it’s a big purchase like a TV or just some accessories, the flexibility is worth every penny of the membership!

Wasn’t notified about subscription

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was not notified about my yearly subscription and they just charged my credit card with no warning now im stuck with a bill I can’t pay if I was notified about it before I would have cancelled it I also didn’t use the subscription for nothing I didn’t even know I had it

Best Buy Plus membership is a real plus.

I am so happy with my membership upgrade because I was able to get a price adjustment on a reduced item purchased past the 30 day return period. Thanks to my Best Buy Plus membership, I saved over $300.00.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I spent $50 on the membership, according to the BestBuy website I saved $50.50 over the course of a year. I spent well over $10k purchasing equipment for a cruise line. $50 in savings in over $10k in purchases really isn't that great. Being realistic, this membership feels like a method of subsidizing keeping stores open. Which is fine, I don't mind that. I'd rather pay. $50/year to help keep BestBuy open and accessible vs have them close since they have no real competition. But offering it as a platform to save really isn't that accurate. It's just a money grab.
