    I signed up for the membership and it has already paid for itself. The exclusive savings are great, but what I really value is the extended return window and the free shipping. It just gives me extra peace of mind when shopping. Best Buy’s service has always been reliable, and this membership makes the experience even better. Highly recommended!

    It’s been about a month since I and my wife made a great decision on purchasing GE profile 5.3 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Stackable Smart Front Load Washer with Steam and UltraFresh Vent System+ With OdorBlock with the 7.8 Cu samrt dryer with steam and I have to say we have zero regrets. We really love the venting feature, which helps to sanitize and clean anything

    One could never go wrong with BestBuy. You can count on them for everything. To put a better perspective - I’m sure others have experienced the same; I got a Bose Sounbar gifted for x-mas from a family member. Apparently, Bose as the manufacturer had a holiday sale and thought it to be the better deal. Unfortunately, the soundbar was defective. Our experience with having the return/exchange process directly with Bose was a nightmare. It took over 2 months to get a new item back. If this had been purchased at BestBuy; 1st - They Price Match, 2nd - Their return/exchange process is superb, 3rd - All employees are experts. Should you have questions or doubts about any electronics, they will help you! - plus they have an excellent warranty membership with perks.

    I waited to purchase this level of membership for a while since I used Best Buy for all my tech but I did not get new things very often. I’m my current situation, I decided it was worth it simply for the 2 years of protection on the vast amounts of tech I’ve purchased in the last 10 or so months. I don’t have to worry about anything now and will always have support.

    I’ve been overall satisfied with my tv, the customer service and support is off the chain’s outstanding! I had what I thought was an air bubble on my tv .. the awesome assistant came over and cleaned what I thought was the air bubble , which turned out to be just dirty. We both left happy and satisfied and both learned something that day

    I have definitely enjoyed the membership so far. I like getting notifications about drops on products early. The customer service is good. The only thing that I have noticed with it that I don’t believe is true and the reason I got the membership, is that you jump to the front of the line when you are a member. I was told that you get that perk with the membership from the customer service agent I talked to.

    I'm still undecided on this yearly membership. I'm disappointed in the guy I got the phone from though since he was more concerned about selling this membership and totally forgot to offer me the insurance on the phone and that is more important.

    This year I’ve enjoyed the My Best Buy plus membership. I did enjoy the free shipping, and the occasional members discounts that interested me; however, more then once these same items became on sale one or two weeks after the members exclusive sale which can be price matched, and I have done so more then once. One of the greatest benefit is the extended return window, but that also has its issues. If you are past the “normal” window the app will not let you begin the return you have to go in the store at which point they can and will help you. The only time that I need this feature the staff acknowledged how it could be misleading using the app, as it does not differentiate members and non members for returns.
