The associate helped me buy the right kitchen appliance package. He helped me get the best deal possible and helped me get registered for Best Buy rewards system. He was patient, kind, and helpful. I would go back again to buy appliances as Best Buy made it so easy!

I was buying a 1600 a week before Black Friday and I was worried that the price would go down and I would feel stupid for not waiting until black Friday to purchase. The salesperson pointed out if i get a best buy plus membership for 50 bucks I could get a low-price guarantee EVEN ON BLACK FRIDAY deals, and the return window went from 14 days to 60 days. I thought of this like a 50 dollar insurance policy on black friday deals + all the other benefits. totally worth it.

Love I get to payoff my items over a long period with no intrest. Get credits back if an item you previously bought go on sale within 30 days (may actually be longer) back to your card. Will sight up for the better plan next year for added protection.

I think of Best Buy as a technology company. However, their ability to communicate with customers when installing their products is poor. This is especially true when they use subcontractors. I’ve waited two days to have my TV properly installed and on both occasions No one showed, and there was no communication. If I buy a mattress or a piece of furniture from other companies,I am over communicated with. To work through the Best Buy customer service support function is an exercise in aggravation, and sometimes futility. I buy most of my electronics through Best Buy and being a member so far has yielded little benefit.

This has been a good value, it has helped me with shipping and little fees that normally would be charged. If you have some purchases coming up consider this membership.

Do not waste your money or time. My computer was o. Sale for 80.00 less about a week after i purchased it. It was on the vest but website. If i would have bought, all my money would go to best buy. I went un to get ny 80.00 for the lower price and was told that it was a third party vendor selling it and it didnt count. They always find a way to not honor these things. I fought and after 3 people finally got someone to refund my money.

Joining the club is a must if you use best buy. Points and discounts are always good. The cash back on sale item are awesome! Also getting the kickbacks are super handy! Got 105$ on just a few purchases!
