I really like the Best Buy Plus plan. It suits me fine. I like the discounts that this membership has as well as the extended 60 day return policy. I am ver satisfied with this plan.

I signed up for Best Buy Plus to get a discount on my new PC, and that was fine. However, the promise of big savings in the future is questionable. I found a microwave oven with a big discount due to my membership, but after checking other stores online, I found the exact same unit at Lowe's for the same price as Best Buy's "big discount." I bought it from Best Buy, just to get the free delivery, but i wasn't impressed by the benefits.

We haven't had our membership long, but have already received a Best Buy coupon via email. We received a substantial gift card with our initial purchase, and were also able to upgrade our warranty plan from 3 years to 5 years for a nominal amount. Best Buy has our best interests at heart.

Has saved me hundreds this past year and I love how much time it gives me to review before a return.

If I could do less than one star, I would. I purchased an iPad and the Plus membership with the commitment of the sales person that of the price of the iPad decreased over a 30-day period I would get an email informing me and I could go into the store and get that amount credited. 1. The next week the identical iPad in the same store was $95 less. 2. I did not receive an email notifying of me of this. I found out by going to your web site. 3. I go to the site and they are unable to credit me the savings unless I disassociate the Apple user id from the device and then come back in. The device was a gift for my 83 year old mother who has difficulty Navigating technology. I had gotten the iPad configured for her by then to dissassociate the Apple ID for a couple of days so I could gonna l to the store and then try to set it back up for her. This is unacceptable and was not explained to eat the time of purchase. While not completely worthless, the purchase of the membership was about 99.9% unless to me. I do not see myself purchasing at Best Buy again and will pass on my poor experience to others if asked. They deserve to know of the caveats that your sales associates and customer service associates do not inform you of when they are happily taking your money

Honestly when buying tech products I shy away from Amazon. Need to return easily. Have it for a while see if it works. So yeah its good. Managers have some freedom with swaps of under warranty stuff so I'm pretty pleased.

If you are looking to buy a bunch of tech over the course of a year this membership is a great buy. It's saved me several hundred dollars on tvs, computers, and sound equipment.
