The value of this membership is getting good prices for premium purchases

I have never been a fan of memberships and subscriptions to retail stores. I've chewed and swallowed on "Red" and "Pro" as a gamer, and nothing has achieved my expectation. My Best Buy Plus has easily the best promotions for gaming than any sub I've used. They'll always match any "Red" or "Prime" deals as well! In just a few short months, I've saved DOUBLE the cost of my membership on exclusively titles I planned on purchasing anyway. I do not think I have a reason to purchase new games from any other store.

I bought The Frame TV from Best Buy. It arrived cracked. BB sent a new one (in great condition) and came and picked up the damaged one.

I appreciate the extended return window and two day shipping! It adds peace of mind when investing in pricey electronics. The added shipping also helps to make Best Buy competitive.

Dollar savings on purchases within the first month of joining already have exceeded cost of membership.

It’s a good company in Waterloo Iowa and I trust them when seeing the options of my needs at home. The employees seem to know some outline of the products or honest enough to check guidelines within Best Buy data.

I really enjoy getting the great benefits of having the my Best Buy plus membership. Above and beyond the great prices at Best Buy are the extra benefits I receive from the membership. Most of my purchases are costly so I get extra perks using my Best Buy plus membership which I always remind the sales person that I have a membership. They take time to explain to me my benefits and I love it.

This membership has pretty good value. Better shipping, exclusive member prices on certain items, and it’s great you get an extended return window. The value will come down to how much you utilize the membership.

Everyone was very helpful & professional & tried to find me a microwave that would fit in my spot. The original microwave I wante was back ordered until Oct. couldn’t wait that long.

This membership is very beneficial. However, I do not like the fact that the member has to constantly price watch and then initiate the rebate/refund. This activity should be automatic.
