The sales person that handled my iPad was great. Excellent from start to finish. The sales person that handled my TV on the other hand was less than excellent. Much less. He wheeled my 65 inch TV out to the curb and said there you go… i’m 77 years old so I had to go back in and ask for someone to help me put it in my vehicle and he seemed like he was OK to help but reluctantly. Again the guy that did my iPad was great.

The only way to pay for your purchases as Best Buy is the Best.

I was unlucky enough to get a bad computer when I bought my new one. On the other hand, I was lucky enough to have bought it from Best Buy. They exchanged it the next day. No questions ask. Lucky for me!!
