This membership is a great value. It offers discounts and deals that make shopping easier.

At $50/yr - it's worth it. I let it expire, and 1 month later there was a promo for free $50 gift card for spending $250 at Best Buy. I mean, when they do stuff like that it more than pays for itself. Much more worth it than Amazon Prime for me at least.

The membership offers great deals, but there's no option to disable auto-renewal. When I canceled mine, I immediately lost all benefits—even though I still had 1.5 months remaining. I didn’t receive a prorated refund, and the perks were cut off right away. I contacted customer service, but they told me there was nothing they could do. With most memberships, you can continue using the benefits until the end of your current term after canceling, since you've already paid for it. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.

Purchase primarily for convenience when tech services are needed.

The person that sold me, my entertainment system was fantastic. He knew about Sony products and was extremely friendly and had all the information I needed to buy the products with confidence.

Best Buy services from sales to post sales services are excellent. I called them multiple times to reschedule my installation appointment which they did wothout any hassle. A post sale device what matter for me and for anyone I believe. The membership is worth for sure. No doubt on it. So I would recommend Bestbuy 100% to all my near and dear over any other store.

Without the membership, you only get 30 days to return the item, but with the membership, I was able to return an item after my 30 days. It was nice. Also, there a great deals with the membership.

I don’t use my membership as often as I should but right now I’m using it for price check in my laptop and I get great deals on a lot of things. If you have expensive electronics and use them often, get the membership it’s really helpful

Geek Squad delivered my LG G4 TV and installed on my wall expertly. They were friendly and did a superior job setting it up, explaining everything about it and cleaned up.
