I bought this membership when I bought my printer. Printers can be such a trouble, but I have made a decision to make sure with this new buy I bring it in to be checked. It is a great printer and I want it to lasT!!!

I was supposed to be notified for price drop for an Apple Watch that I purchased. Salesman said these things go on sale all the time and stated that he was signing me up for the membership so I would be notified by text or in the app about the price drop and would receive the difference plus a refund for the Best Buy Plus membership. Sounded great and simple enough. Weeks went by. Nothing. I discovered the price drop myself looking at the Best Buy website. Thankfully, it was still within the time frame and it was honored at the store but I had to go into the store for my refund rather than just clicking a link that would be sent which is what I was originally told.

So far it's only been a few weeks, so I'm not certain that it's worth it. I think I saved something with my purchase and I could have saved some more if prices had dropped the following week on black Friday.

I needed an affordable phone and Best Buy had a very good one. I purchased the phone and have been very happy with it.

So far my Best Buy plus has saved me money on my new HDTV and I look forward to the additional rewards by being a plus member. Currently I have saved more than I spent on the membership

Owen at the Flower Mound was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different TV brANDS AND FEATURES. NEVER WAS PUsHY, ALWAYS LISTENED TO MAKE SURE HE UNDERSTOOD MY QUESTIONS AND WAS ABLE TO ANSWER THEM ALL.

The membership is OK, I don't really even notice anything different about it. I signed up when I made a major purchase because it gave me savings well about the cost of the membership at that time. Not sure I'll want to renew the program though. I don't really purchase enough to make an impact - as far as I know. I really have no idea how this program works compared to the original, it was never explained to me and no one at the store even talks about it or shows me the benefit that I get when I use it. It will be a one and done for me.

I needed all new appliances, and made the rounds to get the best price, and info. Best Buy had what I needed, and the salesman was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I completed my purchase, and the appliances were installed shortly after. Thank you.
