I am applying for a Best Buy credit to please my wife by buying her a gift so Best Buy shows me simplicity and love so they can help me do this with just the credit without having any money. It makes me happy so Best Buy is the best

Its been great! so far so good being a member has helped me get a xbox xseries for purchasing a TV. It didnt give me it for free but reduced the price greatly!

I recommend the Best Buy Plus membership. I had to buy a laptop unexpectedly. Within a couple of weeks, the laptop dropped in price and I was able to get the difference credited to my card. Very pleasant experience.

I haven't tried the membership. The only reason I signed up was due to the high pressure from the sales staff. This person wasn't the sales person, but another associated who wasn't going to accept no for an answer. It finally came down to giving in or going elsewhere to purchase a computer.

So far all good I havent had to use my protection plan . But I do recommend this to have for protection especially if you send on itens the cost over $500 .00 . You dont want to send another $500 if you dont have too if u have this protection plan.

It’s ok and good savings if you will be using it more than once to really see the advantages and savings .

Great customer service, longer return window, and a better price match guarantee are all well worth the cost.

This membership helped me get my first computer, i appreciate the benefit of having it and once a year payment is for sure worth it, highly recommend.

The delivery date was rescheduled twice at two week intervals. From the moment I placed the order in the store until it was delivered to my home, approximately two months passed. The original delivery schedule was 4 weeks. The product arrived in good condition without any problems. In store excellent service!, for which I give 5 stars, but for the shipping I can only give 2 stars

A worthy benefit of the sales and discounts access which I could get elite member of no charge in past anyway reasonable price for yearly membership.

I was mislead by the sales associate about getting price adjustment automatically if the item I purchased went on sale. It turns out I have to notify Best Buy to get the difference.

I’ve had to return 2 TVs and been on the phone with Total Care and each time is very pleasant. They customer service agents are knowledgeable and want to help you with your issue. They actually seem to truly care and want to fix any issues and they made sure I was happy. There isn’t anything bad I can say. This is a game changer and I’ll continue to keep this service! Thank you BestBuy!

Absolutely love Best Buy! The only place I go to for all electronic purchases, all employees are well educated in their departments. Which makes me feel comfortable and confident in choosing the right products. The credit line is also fabulous and allows customers to be able to get what they want without worrying about having the full amount at the moment. Thanks Best Buy!!
