Personally didnt use it much. But it looks like to have good perks for ones who buys a little more than me.

If you love tech and find yourself going to Best Buy often then this is a no brainer. There is crazy good deals and more time to return items if you don't like or need them.

Specifically purchased "my best buy plus" to take advantage of the 2-day shipping, to complete an important project, however purchased item sat at warehouse for several days or more due to an error and had to contact BBuy just to get things rolling and finally after escalating situation the item shipped.

I am very pleased with the Membership experience. I recently purchased a laptop that started to have issues 1 month into owning it. I was able to exchange the laptop for a comparable (but overall better due to Membership savings at the time of exchange) and am much happier now. If I had not had the Membership, the original laptop would be sitting at Geek Squad for analysis and repair.

The membership it works in the case of a purchase I made gave me enough time to know that the scooter I buy it will failed so, i gave me the chance to returned the purchase

Supposed to get some money back from a purchase if the price goes down, i cant wait for that to kick in..

This membership really provides you peace of mind to do electronic projects for your home or cars family or anything related to household electronics.

So far the value of membership is worth the cost. Special item pricing offset the cost on the first purchase. Store team member helped in the arrangement. Thank you.

It's strange in that late stage capitalism way to have to pay extra for a supportive relationship between you and the corporation you're purchasing goods and services from, but here we are. I've had good experiences with the associates in my local stores – I just wish that supporting what you sold didn't come with a price tag.

The person who helped me in store was excellent! He had patience was able to help direct us in a laptop purchase that worked for us. He then helped us leanr how to save the most we could on our purchase by joining the Best Buy membership program.

It's alright I purchased laptop that gives me $50 off when I get $50 membership. So no brainer. Purchase this membership when you need it. Be careful not to forget to end membership if you don't need

Love that i can purchase an item and have extended return policy on all purchases. Definitely recommend plus to anyone its a great value. Also get 50 bucks off certain items in store which is great.

Love Best Buy membership options, including: purchases, Geek Squad assistance, friendliness and willingness of every employee to assist in any way possible! I’m grateful for my renewed membership, and have been a member since living in different cities in CA and even another brief stay in another state.

I find that the benefits have been rather less than I expected, I purchased this membership when I was trying to buy a camera, which Best Buy completely screwed up the delivery and I was unable to use it in Jamaica for my trip. I had to go to Amazon and procure the camera in time. By the way, I even attempted to buy a second camera from Best Buy with certain delivery requirements which initially Best Buy suggested you could deliver on by a certain date and of course, you all messed that one up as well. So I have returned both cameras and , wish now that I hadn’t spent the money for this membership. I’m truly sorry because there are times that I truly enjoy Best Buy, but at this moment, I really am unhappy with you and can only repeat how Best Buy screwed up to camera purchases in a two week. Period and you were unable to deliver either anywhere close to what you had committed to on the original purchase. I don’t feel special by Best Buy and maybe that’s not your goal anymore. I hope things improve overtime, but for now I will look elsewhere for purchases only because you caused an enormous amount of stress for my wife Over this camera purchase. I won’t go into the details on this, but I certainly gave your manager in Buford Georgia and earful. I was professional. I was nice, but he even admitted that Best Buy delivery dates cannot be trusted. I’m happy to talk to anyone if you care to reach out and find out the details.

I Always enjoy stopping by to shop at Best Buy! Excellent assortment of items at very reasonable prices! I have been telling my Ifriend(s) and neighbors about BEST BUY PLUS! Some of them were not aware of BEST buy Plus. The bottom line is I am very pleased that I am signed up for BEST BUY PLUS! Quality products at reasonable prices!

Dustyn did great at setting me up with the entertainment center and setting up the Geek Squad. Bram with the Geek Squad was awesome and set up the entertainment center, mounted my 65" TV and showed me how to use it and add more apps to the TV.
