This membership is completely worth it! It's didn't cost much and you get super savings on purchases with a price matching. I've made back the price of my membership already, and I still continue to get great deals!

I’ve had membership for a few years and every time it is used the service received from the team is exceptional. It’s also more economical to have the membership as you don’t know how many times you’ll need something done.

Best Buy Coon Rapids and their employees were awesome, and were extremely helpful in giving us advice on our purchase of a new TV. Josh G went way beyond any help that normally would be expected. He was top notch!!

Customer service staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. They ended up saving me a trip to the store, which was nice.

Great for discounts that non-members don’t get. I usually get one bigger ticket item a year that makes it worth the cost.

I needed a good value for my washer and drying machine. The membership helped me save money. I got free installment.

This membership is not worth it. Trust me. I bought this mainly for the 2 day shipping. 8 out of 10 times you will NOT get 2 day shipping. They wait days to send iut your order and they will send it ground almost every single time. Most orders wont get to you for 7-10 days. Ive contacted them 3 times about this and everytime they acknowledge the slow shipping, and then promise they added whatever into their end of the system so it “never happens again”. Lies and more lies. Also, the “member exclusive prices and sales”? Yea, they are a joke. You will find any of the relevant items that are on sale, cheaper at virtually all retailers. There is no perk for members for these sales. They make it look flashy and show a gigantic “before” price, and then the “member price”, which will be the same or higher than that item is sold for everyplace else. If you are looking to throw money at something useless, go buy a pair of shoes 3 sizes too small for yourself. Dont waste your hard earned money on yet another membership. ESPECIALLY this one. Its a waste. Complete waste.

I really like this service I just got a free tv 50” from buying a laptop for school. I get 60 days to return an item which is great cause if a new phone or computer or anything drops I can return it and get the newer version if that item love love the membership affordable it’s 50$ a year.

I love many perks associated with my best buy plus membership. I'd love to see more offers and especially better prices for members.
