The supervisor isn't receiving my emails because his inbox is full, and the manager isn't responding. Therefore, it's impossible for me to file a complaint about the service I purchased

Their warranty is the bet and they have always lived up to them. I travel for my job and am often kidded about trying to get a hotel as close to a Best Buy as possible…

Just hard to keep with with it as far as its benefits. I don’t want to pay for another subscription that I’m not fully aware of it’s purpose

When the price dropped on the MacBook Air,, the employees in the store were able to return the money on my credit card without much difficulty.. But it would be a much better feature, if it happened automatically, without my having to repeatedly go to the store to check the price for 2 months
