I wasn’t notified about my yearly subscription coming up they charged my credit card with no notification without considering if I could even afford it now my credit score is going down and I have no way of paying my bill

What an amazing value. Ordered an appliance and a few days later the price was reduced and they were able to do a price match. Having priority access to sales is extremely helpful. Also special pricing also helps me to save money. I would consider the Total Membership which includes 2 years coverage of purchases but i always purchase the 3 or 5 year Geek Squad Protection.

Not sure what the benefits are exactly. If your item goes down in price, beware you HAVE to go into the store for adjustment, they cannot do it via phone or chat. So when you go into the store it’s not exactly easy. Price adjustment should be made easy within the promised timeline, period. Also, it doesn’t benefit you for delivery in any way. After scheduling soonest delivery three weeks after purchase date our delivery was canceled 1.5 hours AFTER the delivery window of scheduled day. I was notified via text that I needed to schedule a delivery date. When I called to see what happens I was given a list of excuses only to go back to the store to be told they were short staffed. So the next scheduled date? You get put to the back of the line. That’s right folks, after removing your television and mount you get to wait another three weeks! Ridiculous. Zero benefits.

Looks good, still need to understand and deliver benefits to the consumer. One example is Costcos extension of product warrant by one year. Can membership deliver that?

It was good, it saved me money on my initial purchases, and I had special deals that I could access throughout the year.
