got some good value for the membership. it is worth if you are a frequent buyer, specially for the big value items

First time i used it i hope doing well for black friday

The membership saved me money from the start and enrolling was easy. The sales person explained the membership and how to get the most out of it.

This membership is a great value for all thats included. The 2 things that personally stand out for me would be the extended return period so you really get to use new items and really know if you like them or not. The second is definitely the deals that are exclusive to this. Can easily get a deal on a single item thats worth far more than the membership itself!

Like the benefits/ perks for the membership (extended return window and free 2-day shipping). Exclusive pricing and events have not been appealing so far. Customer service still hasn't resolved a billing issue (going on for 2 months). Besides the one issue, a good program.

It feels good to have a membership that protects me when I purchase an item that may not be the right fit. I’ve had to return my laptop choice twice, and swapping for a different brand was seamless. I also like getting notified of the deals going on. Keeping my eye out for new gear!

Better way of all to buy with BestBuy love this store and my shopping was successfully great on Christmas shopping with not enough time in my part but like always BestBuy make this season better.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dont know why I even bothered getting this service. The price of my item changed 3 times I was never reimbursed the difference. My issues were never concerned. One representative told me they will give me a gift card for scratches on my fridge I declined it and he told me to sell it or give it to someone else and proceeded to send it to my house voiding any further compensation I could get for my more major issue of the delivery service not delivering my fridge . I lost over $500 in food any medication due to this issue. Each representative gave me a different answer each more ridiculous then the next. The delivery guy came to my house and never rang the doorbell or knocked on the door to tell us he is there and left. We rescheduled for 5 days later because that was the soonest appointment and he came (i stayed in the front door waiting to make sure i see them) he told me its raining do u want to reschedule for another day while standing in my kitchen. I offered a tarp or blanket to put on the fridge he said no if theres any electric issue it is my fault. He proceeded to leave the fridge outside in the rain while taking my door down. The amount of anxiety I experienced in that time frame was insane. Never buying at best buy ever again.

earbuds are good especially the multi touch controls only the problem ear sensors are sensitive need properly inserted in your ear for connections and app software unstable, hope next software upgrade would fix it

Buying a discount on the stuff you want to sell seems backwards. A membership to a club that doesn’t come close to the level of savings I had is not really a benefit.

This membership helps out a lot and helps me get major discounts and certain items.

This membership is best real value .so many discounts free shipping

What a great membership! I love that I have so much extra time to test drive products. The money-back or credit feature is wonderful too.
