    I was hesitant of getting this membership but decided to since we paid full price for the item we were buying. The associate pretty much guaranteed the item would go on sale within the 60 the days. We wound up getting $370 back on the price match on this item. Best $50 I spent.

    I purchased the membership because I was told it included a price guarantee for 90 days. Later, when I went back to the store to receive a $100.00 credit, I was told the guarantee had expired. I'm very disappointed!!!!!!!

    The Member ship is great for saving money and refunds. It's absolutely fantastic for key sale events throughout year giving early deals and special prices that are remember specific. Over very good.

    After years of membership we will not be returning to Best Buy. After purchasing a new MacBook + a docking station, I found that I could not connect 2 additional monitors at once. After spending over 1.5 hours on the phone with Geek Squad and 3 additional trips to the store to work with Geek Squad there, their 'experts' finally figured out that I had to convert the 2nd monitor to USB-C for it to work. (despite there being 2 HDMI ports on the docking station that they sold me, had me return once, and insisted had a driver problem that they attempted to correct for HOURS). This, however, wasn't what lost Best Buy our business; they lost our business because after all of this fiasco - I asked them to comp me the cord to convert my 2nd monitor from HDMI to USB-c --- since I had spend a good deal of money in their store and then a lot of hours, lost work time, gasoline, and incorrect 'fixes' from them. Their answer .... 'We are running a business so we can't give away products'. The offered me 20% off. So to save probably $20 dollars... Best Buy & Geek Squad lost customers forever.

    If you like tech and often find yourself window shopping, while walking around inside the store, I would recommend considering the Plus membership. For only $50 it gives you flexibility and access to other decent savings. I signed up when I bought my tv, and it paid for itself immediately. Everything else will be a bonus.

    A very good investment if you purchase expensive items. Was given 60 days to return replace price match… ended up needing kore storage and was able to get a new MacBook with no issue.
