I like to notifications regarding specials and upcoming price drops. This really gives me an opportunity to get a jump on purchases at a great price. I'm very satisfied with the membership.

A little off each with purchase. Still needed to pay for delivery and installation. Looking at a new gas range and for delivery and installation it's 270.00 more plus 60 to remove the old one, I can see a small fee for installing, but delivery should be free. The delivery and installation on the range is just about half of the cost of the range. Range on sale for 750.00.

Poor customer service

I had tec out 4 times and they still did not successfully complete my install. I've been to the store to complain and now my customer support person won't call me back.
